Review 1：Everything. Not worth for money at all. Worst place i ever stayed. Very poor customer service also. They disconnected telephone connection in room after asking some basic requirments. Suggestion: Do not choose Kanchanapuri Jn for overnight stay as it is away from many site seeings. Time waste in travelling.

Review 5：Every night the music blasted out until 2am wherever your were in the Hotel so we would never stay here again as we had to survive on only 5-6 hours of sleep and most trips pick you up around 8am.

Review 11：The friends I also booked for had to change rooms because the aircon didn't work. The rooms are looking rather tired and could do with renovation. The larger swimming pool has cracked tiles and that are covered with green slime. Needs to be re-tiled or at least cleaned. We didn't won't to go in it but the other pool next the river was fine. The hotel is next to the rail bridge but is a fairly windy drive to get to the road bridge but I knew hat in advance.

Review 34：Closest 3-star hotel to Kanchanaburi rail station if intending to take the early am. train to NamTok Hotel has a quality restaurant at front of hotel with live music. Price reasonable for better than average meal. Another restaurant inside. Thai style breakfast was OK. We prefer to pay a little extra for the higher category room and get a renovated room with an upgraded bathroom - in our view well worth the extra money. I like this hotel and have stayed here 3x times. High-speed internet on 5th floor and lobby was ëxcellent

Review 69：Seriously dated. Do not believe the pictures on booking.com, they are cleverly either not this hotel or photoshopped.

Review 70：Tick (blood sucking insects) in our first room (425) as well as large cockroach. We had to be upgraded to another room. The room and adjacents ones need to be closed and cleared of those. Supervisor at that time was the worse I ever met... Did upgrade us to another room (studio) after we mentioned this issue with ticks. Then 2h later (midnight) called us asking us to move to another room again (very similar to the one we had) or he would need to charge us, recognizing they made a mistake. He tried to make us feel guilty mentioning he needs to charge us or he would be charged and asking us not to raise any complain to the hotel by written. We refused and asked to talk to a manager the day after who apologized and agreed that we should not be charged (hotel mistake, not ours). So overall, be aware that this hotel may have ticks in some rooms (check pillow and blanket), but hopefully this will be solved. Also be aware that some staff do not have proper behavior for an hotel at that category of price. Surrounding are noisy at night with disco, but we did not care so much as it was difficult for us to fall asleep (angry against supervisor of that night shift).

Review 71：Upgraded room was comfortable (studio deluxe), swimming pool enjoyable and well maintained, many staff were helpful and welcoming except for our bad experience (see negative points regarding staff and insects on bed). Location in the city is nice.

Good nightclub onsite (many people must be among top nightclubs there). Wonderful buffet breakfast - all you could ask for both thai and european. Friendly and competent staff at reception. Review 77：The bathroom was a bit old. The breakfast buffet offers many choices for Thais, but not so many for Western visitors. The carpet on the staircase was very old and worn out. This hotel needs to be modernized. The railway line runs behind the building. The trains passes the hotel around 6 o'clock in the morning. If the train driver blows the whistle while passing, this may wake you up!

Review 78：This hotel has a good location, not far from the bus station and not not far from the new railway museum. The room was OK. On the television set in the room you can watch ABC (Australia Network). Breakfast was included with the room. The hotel has a swimming pool (but we did not use it, because the water was too cold when we stayed there in January 2014). The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is not too expensive.
