Review 1：Beautifully presented property with much attention to detail. Very comfortable accommodation for a couple, with easy access to all on site facilities. Ideal for golfers.

Review 3：It is probably the most nice, comfortable and convenient stay we have ever experienced. The house furniture design and facilities are great, the location is near to beautiful towns of Peniche, Obidos and has quite short access to Portugal's national road & highway network. The ocean can be reached from this resort (1km from the house) or going to the near Baleal Peninsula (10 km). The house has a small terrace (5 m away from the forest), where we had breakfast and access to the condominium shared facilities, pool & barbecue (we used them twice) that are few meters away. The surroundings are very calm and relaxing - we have met few people during our 4-night stay. Irene, the owner and manager of the house, is a very, very nice person. She offered us a warm welcome with traditional brandy and a very detailed presentation of the house facilities and beach/markets access details. Irene, thank you very much for all and we hope to see you again.
Review 4：Perfect holiday stay. Caring and lovely host. Very comfortable condo house has everything needed for beach or active vacation /plus some extras from Irene/. The place is really worth recommending. Nice cliff beaches for long morning walks. Excursion to Obidos, Sintra, Peniche /witch Berlengas Archipelago/ a must. Very good food in a local small restaurant O Lavrador do Vale as opposite to more expensive dining in resort’s Argento or Golf Club House.

Review 6：The owners are very nice and will do everything for you. The kitchen is fully equiped, larger supermarkets 15 min drive, Nice beaches and tourist attractions in the neighbourhood. If the weather is not too great, Lisbon, Cascais or Estoril is just 1 hr drive away.

Review 8：Absolutely everything. The owner was waiting for us longer than expected and had some groceries for us in the fridge. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the value-for-money is great. We loved everying there: the great pool just one house further, the patio behind the house bordering on a forest, the Italian flair of the house... I wish we could stay a whole week.
Review 9：It’ a beautiful place, perfect to have relaxing holiday away from noise. You can see easily that the owners pay attention to details within the house and around it. We could find everything we needed in a holiday house and even more than we expected. The photos present the place and the neighborhood exactly as they look like. The place is really worth recommending.

Review 15：The apartment is spotless, very cozy and wel dekorated. The Interior Design and entire equipment is of high quality. The apartment provides bikes, central heating system and tennis racket and balls. basically everything you need for a great holiday. The owners are very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful. It´s a lovley place. We´ll definatly come back.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.Please note that the 50% of the total amount deposit charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Irebienti House will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid at least 14 days before check-in date, also by bank transfer or PayPal.Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged in cash at check-in. This amount will be refunded within 3 days after check out by bank transfer if no damages are made to the house.
