Review 1：I travel a lot but I have never seem such a good customer service before! I always heard that people from Aracaju was nice and I confirmed this true the hotel staff.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, complete breakfast buffet, swimming pool. It is also a business hotel, but has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Review 3：We spent one night in Aracaju to visit the city as we were staying in Salvador. The hotel was good with friendly staff and easily accessible. The beach is across the street (main road) with all types of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. Whenever a food item was close to running out, it was rapidly refilled. The bossa nova player was a nice touch.

Review 26：I checked-in late in the night and tired and the bathroom in my room was infested with ants. They would have offered me another room but the rooms available were of inferior category. I used insecticide and went to sleep. They changed me to a better room in the morning, but I think I should have received a one night discount in my bill for the inconvenience.
