Review 1：Didn't get our room for the first 2 nights. Not enough info provided on arrival. Needs a refurb to get it back to true 5star.

Review 2：Large hotel on mountains. Good free wifi. All inclusive ok - choice of foods and generally hot and fresh

Review 5：Basically everything. Horrible experience. They hotel had over 2000 guests, overcrowded, long lines for food,elevator, seat at the pool you name it. Families kids screaming yelling nothing was organised, staff tired impatient. Lobby full of people with complaints. They don't deserve 2 stars. I would never recommend that hotel to anyone seriously.

Review 9：We expected a lot more from a hotel of this standard. The massage facilities were filthy and the overall cleanliness was not good at all. We had a relax massage which was good, but directly after the massage the receptionist jumped in and almost scared us with offers of new treatments. This was not very relaxing! We had dinner at top hill restaurant. The food was good and the restaurant was nice, but the bar next to the restaurant was playing loud music on top of the calm music from the restaurant. This was kind of destroying the good atmosphere at the restaurant.

Review 11：- very far from the city - no safety box in the room (there were boxes close to lobby) - No free Wi-Fi in the room (you needed to go to lobby. you could get it in your room with a fee and very bad speed) - Number/size of the pools were not enough for that big hotel - you need to act fast if you want to have somewhere to seat or swim in the pool.

Review 24：I found the service and support was excellent, food was amazing an enourmous variety, I cant understand why people say otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful, I had an issue with my booking which was done online. they sorted it without any fuss and it didnt cost me anything extra.The manager and hotel guest reception lady were a credit to the hotel, personel service all the way never once saw a frown and spoke many languages. It is an ideal place to visit for any age, was my first time on holiday abroad and I was alone during the day I found plenty to occupy myself and felt safe.

Review 27：I have just returned to Denmark from my recent visit at GoldCity inTurkey. However this was not at all a 5-star experience. Let's take itfrom the top.On the day of booking I made a reservation for a 50m² suite. As it turned out our schedule changed a bit, so we needed to change the booking. After speaking with a very polite and nice man from Booking.com who called the hotel for us, we managed to change the booking without any extra cost, because as it turned out the hotel had forgotten to close the allotment for the originally booked suite, so this wasn't available. We were instead promised a more expensive suite, which was fine by us. :-) This suite was only 42m², which is 16% smaller than the promised 50 m², but this wasn't the worst part..On the day of arrival we noticed that only 1 of the 3 lights in ceiling in the livingroom-area was working. We didn't want to make a fuzz about it, so we just told it to housekeeping the next day. In the bathroom, the tiles were lose, and you could here the water underneath them when walking on them. Also here was only one of the lights in the ceiling working. The sofa in the livingroom area were litteraly falling apart. -The hole left-side wasn't attached to the rest of the sofa. The sofa was fixed the next day.The 2.nd. day we went to the the very nice pool-area. No problems here. -But when we returned to the room at 11 o'clock the aircondition wasn't working. We called Guest relations, who promised this would be fixed in a hurry. However at 6 o'clock in the evening it was still not fixed. I had called guest relations three times (one of these times the women at the desk said that someone had looked at it, while we were out, and there were no problem) At 7 o'clock pm. after contacting guest relations 3 times during the day I went down and spoke with the front desk. They told us they were fully booked, but would try to find a solution.

Review 30：I love this hotel I been to Goldcity twice the first time was last year.I love hotel's location and facilities but I found the cleaning of theroom became very poor also the bed matris is soo hard and notcomfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice.

Review 31：As hotel is isolated there is no place to walk without the prospect ofclimbing up the steep inclines to hotel on return. The housekeeping waspoor - room not cleaned until very late afternoon and then had notowels. Food in buffet restaurant was usually lukewarm at best. Coffeewas never hot and was a cheap variety so taste was poor. Lay out ofrestaurant was more like a canteen.
