Review 1：The sign says open all year, but the lobby is not open, and there were only 2 other guests in the entire hotel. Also, they normally serve a free full breakfast, but not during the winter. They really need to shut down for the season.

Review 2：Larry and Natalie at the front desk were wonderful and very accommodating. They were also very friendly. They provided a good breakfast each morning and the room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there again.

Review 3：The breakfast staff person was very friendly and took care of everything in a very competent manner. She asked about our stay and offered suggestions on places to eat and see. Wonderful person.

Review 4：The piled up trash including mattresses at the stairs that were never taken out over 3 days. I almost turned around before going to the room. It was really gross.

Review 7：The door was very hard to open to get in and out of the room. The hair dryer was broken off the wall. Breakfast was good but there wasn't much out to eat. As I was getting items the staff was cleaning up and taking it away. Clean up staff was also hurrying to get finished, he almost ran in to me a few times and didn't apologize. Rooms were decent for money paid but not the same as pictures from website.

Review 9：I reserved a king room. We checked in, headed to our room and the staff gave us a double room. I called to check on why and was told they have no king rooms available.

The front desk staff said we would be able to park in front of our room but it was full and had to either park across parking lot or several doors away from room.

Review 17：The room was not very clean. Carpet was snagged. Ceiling had water damage. Also,there were spiders in the clean towels and in the beds. I'm 5'3" and had to duck to use the shower. The man at breakfast area emptied trash and refilled bagels without washing his hands.

Review 19：I wouldn't say this was a bad thing, but the young man who was at the front desk while checking out seemed uninterested. I wanted to pay a compliment to the hotel and he seemed like he didn't really care. I hope you got the message. Too often you only hear the bad things and I wanted to be sure to say something positive.

Review 20：The rooms were clean and the front desk very professional while checking in. I would definitely stay there again. Can't go wrong with the price for what you get including a hot breakfast.

Review 21：Not major...tv didn't work, would go to a red screen. Told man at front desk and he said he would have someone look at it. Got back the next evening...still not working. So go to front desk. Woman there is changing baby's diaper and doesn't say a word to us...not an "Hi, I'll be right with you," Nothing. She finishes changing the diaper and thankfully uses some hand sanatizer since she didn't wash her hands, but not before answering the phone. We finally tell her about the tv. No one had put in a work order to have it looked it. It was too late for maintenance to look at it then and there weren't any other tv's to trade it with. Found that hard to believe since the hotel wasn't full. Finally next afternoon we got a new tv. We have stayed here before and loved. This time the staff and room in poor condition will keep us from coming back.

Appeared to be the only time she knew I was there..just thought it could have waited 2 more minutes. It's great she knows her regular guests but don't ignore a new one

Review 37：Well, I walked into the lobby our first day, we were an hour early, just to see if we could by chance check in early. The man behind the counter said, " well, if the room is ready, we can check you in." The phone rang and he proceeded to ignore me for at least 5 minutes while he was on the phone. I left the lobby, tired of being ignored, and came back after 3pm check-in time. There was a new person behind counter and was prompt to check us in. We did have to pay up front for the 2 days we stayed. We usually pay at checkout. Red flag!! The room was dirty in the corners, sheets had holes in them. We woke to a roach on the wall in the room the next morning!!! When I addressed the issue of the bugs to the woman at the desk that morning, she told me it was the first she had heard about the bugs and was very apologetic. Maybe she should read the reviews. We would have not stayed the second night, but it was already PAID FOR!! The shower was clean but the shower head was about 2 feet too low. It was not designed for taller people. A little outdated.

Review 38：The location was close to the main strip, shopping, dining, and highway. The breakfast was hot -eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, variety of juices, cereal and coffee.

Review 39：We were traveling with a group of 5 others. Their rooms had bug fogger cans still set up in their room and hadnt been cleaned upon check in. AND do NOT look under the mattresses. One mattress was covered in blood.

Review 47：When we arrived there was no one at the desk and doors were locked when we called the number from the provided phone no one answered it took us two tries and when we did reach someone the employee was a little rude. That next morning we arrived at the breakfast room at 9:25 am and there was a few items left for us to choose from which was understandable but the man who was incharge of the breakfast items was standing there giving us dirty looks the whole time and when my daughter went to get toast he wouldn't let her and snatched up the bread. I was under the understanding breakfast was till 10am why at 9:30am are you telling my daughter no? The next morning we arrived earlier to be sure and it was more crowded being friday morning and once again at 9:15am there was no more eggs when asked the man in charge he said 20min for more eggs so we waited as so did others and when 9:30am came he started putting items away and did not put out anymore eggs. Our room was decent, beds were hard and could feel the springs, our rooms microwave did not work and when called desk and told them they said they would send someone to see and no one showed. As did the air conditioner, it quit working on us but by this time we gave up and was leaving anyway. This hotel is not very updated like most others they still have tube tv's not flat screens and wireless internet is by router so the internet was also useless to use.

Our main complaint was there wasn't any Wi Fi, which was one of the reasons we chose their. We called the front desk, but one man seemed disinterested, by morning still couldn't get it, so we checked out, even though we had already payed for another night.

Review 103：Beds were just about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. There was no housekeeping at all, so that means no towels. The shower heads are tall enough for someone 5 foot tall and no taller.

The remote control for the TV did not work, and one light was burned out in our room. The staff was nice, but gave the impression of unprofessional attitudes and attire. The house keeping staff were dressed better than the front desk. The pool was open 24/7, but was consistently packed full of people and full. Not nearly late enough for the amount of people that were always in it. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Biscuits were good, but the rest was imitation and awful. Complete chaos in the eating area as well. Not worth the money we paid (even tho it was on the cheaper end of the scale) if you ask me.

Review 118：the housekeeper didn't vacuum the second day. I dropped some stuff on the floor but couldn't get it all up very well. Front door you could see light around door. the ladies in the long dresses weren't very friendly.
