Review 1：disappointed with the style of the Hotel Restaurant - it just looked like a coffee shop and on that basis we did not eat there. We were very disappointed with the TV and the fact that BBC was listed and we were not able to receive - the hotel staff were not helpful in this regard

Review 20：The WiFi was HORRIBLE!! No connection except in the lobby. When making the reservation, the room showed a balcony. We received a room with no balcony, even though the rooms to either side of us had balconies, and the hotel wasn't full.

Review 22：- The (old) woman who welcome us was so cold and even aggressive - I did a reservation (for my birthday and to visit my oncle who leaves there) with a view on the sea and I didn't get it, except if I would pay an additional fee which I refused, so we started our stay with a very bad feeling - We received a room on the back of the buidling with a view on a street ! - We wanted to take a bath but the water wasn't clear enough, even a bit yellow ! - Never again, I will stay in this hotel - I received other better addresses from my oncle !

Review 25：Excellent location! Right at th beach and only 10min. walk to the Train station. And is also just one street away from the city and street bahn. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast and nice relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful beach in front the hotel, easy-going and peaceful.

Review 26：The room was really small and the I feel the room was over priced (felt like an IBIS) The staff on reception were not very friendly and even though all the other guests were, we were not shown to our rooms or given an information. We were supposed to have breakfast included but was not shown where this was and did not get to eat
