Hotel Marina Palace sells fast on our site. Marina Palace features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa. It is in the Yasmine Hammamet resort, just a quarter mile from the beach and marina and just over a quarter mile from Casino la Medina.
A balcony with a view is a standard facility in the simply decorated rooms at Marina Palace. Each also has a TV with satellite and cable channels and some rooms have a separate sitting area.
After a buffet breakfast in the large restaurant, guests can relax by the pool and browse the free Wi-Fi. In the evening, meals can be served on the terrace and live music is played in the hotel bar.

Review 1：We weren't allowed to take in our own food and drinks. Found this excessive as we stayed on b&b basis. Bottled water was taken off us at the gate!

Review 13：The service is very poor, it was the first day for our honeymoon and I already inform this hotel about that to arrange a nice room with some flowers, but they ignore it, no water in the room, I called the reception to ask for a bottle, they told me come down and take it because there is only one staff working alone, no food no room service, I told them that me and my wife are very hungry, we didn't eat since the afternoon, they said that they can't do anything ....... And a lot of other things, in general I will never spend even a single night there, I will never recommend anyone for that hotel

Review 41：The room was obviously old and too expertly maintained. Evident especially in the bathroom. Window curtains weren't very clean, there were stains on them. The room didn't have a safe. Bathroom has a bathtub, but it wasn't exactly large. Due to it's narrowness, showering was a tiny bit uncomfortable. The aquaduct water contained A LOT of chlorine - probably not this hotel's fault, but when you shower, you will probably smell of chlorine.

Review 42：Friendly and helpful staff with decent knowledge of English (not fluent, but not annoying either). Nice spacy room with comfortable beds and decent view on the pool with a couple of palms. Wi-fi with strong signal and speed sufficient to play YouTube videos in HD in the room. Beach not too far from the hotel (about 3 to 5 minute walk). Daily room service that never leaves you without bathroom/toilet supplies. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The hotel offers A LOT for quite cheap.

Review 43：Lighting and plumbing aging and not 100% functioning. Sliding door to balcony no longer slides. Hard bed with skimpy sheets and mattress pad. One small hard pillow. Breakfast quality erratic.

I got sick from the food andwas bed ridden for a day.(This can happen any where in Tunisia I know)do not disturb signs, do not matter the staff still knock on door tillyou answer to change towels 4 hours after room was made up. No locks ondoors to balconies and it would be easy to walk the ledges to otherrooms. I have stayed at other hotels in the same road, 4 of them. Theyare better but you will pay a little more, but is worth it.

I did not givespressure during my stay because I am in vacation and family leisure.- I did not met anyone from hotel management , even the hotel was not that much full of customers. - Their was no even a single piece of fruit as amenities on arrival. - First day i pass by the FO for some maintenance repairing issues witch it must be done before my arrival , still i need to wait 10 min if its not more FO agent (NO one in front desk) till she will be back from the restaurant carring her dinner plates. i asked one of the waiters he answered me "" She is coming "" he made me feel that am waiting for the bus not for his colleague. - The buffet food quality it depend of hotel occupancy. chef think to make a nice set menu wile you have a few guests In-House with a high quality as your normal SOP's. - Some of Restaurant staff i found their job care or responsability is set up and reset up when guest needs them they are busy talking with chefs or colleagues. - Their is some body language need to be improve such as close hands,Leaning against the wall, high voice talking to each other , even a bad words can heard from kitchen area wile am waiting for my pizza with my daughter. -Throw the drinks bill on the table just after serving without checks cover as we are in a public coffeeshop in a busy day or we are in disco bar. - You can stay at the bar as much as you want waiter will not offer you drinks only if you called him to your table or maybe you have to go to counter and call him from back area . Still some more comments i prefer to keep it for my self. sorry about all the above but this all happened, Tunisia is a great and amazing destination needs improve in small services taches to complete the atmosphere

Review 56：THERE IS NO HEATER, Tempersture was 4 C, and the heater was given cold air. there is no teapot heater in all the hotel, i have a baby and there is not any source to get hot water for his milk there is no cup in the room, we booked for a suite with 2 room, they give us first 1 room with 3 single bed. food (breakfast and dinner) are not good, we can say it is 0/10, nothing can be eat.
