Review 1：We were on our way home to Salt Lake Utah and decided to spend the night in Kanab. We chose this hotel for price and location . It's an older hotel but well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great find for an overnight stop.
Review 2：The walls and connecting doors were not adequately sound proofed and we could hear the normal level conversation of our neighbors next door. For hours.

Review 4：Breakfast was poor. You had to take a tray to the front area, put your cereal, coffee, juice, and toast (that's all you have for breakfast) and take it back to your room to eat.

Review 12：The breakfast is a little bit poor (only 3 kind of cereals, 2 kind of bread, muffins, milk, yoghourt, 2 kind of juices, cofee, tea and 2 kind of jam; there is no honey, no cheese, no meat and no vegetables). If you forget the tray with a muffin in the room, it will be invaded by small ants. There is only one electric plug in the room, and if you need to charge simultanious the mobilephone, the tablet and the battery of the photocamera, you need to have an electric multiplug with you. The accomodation is too expensive, but this is the situation in Kanab and all aria arround. The
Review 13：The pool zone is great. There is a big pool and a heated jacuzzi, and there are also umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and chairs arround the pool. The rooms are big, with 2 kingsize beds, and in the room there are almost all the facilities you need (AC, flatscreen TV, big fridge, closet with hangers, hairdrier, bathroom with bathtube and amenities. There is a tray, wich you use to go to the reception room and get yourself what you want to eat from the buffet and get back in the room to eat the breakfast (there is a round table and 2 armchairs in the room). You can pay the accomodation with cash or by credit/debit card and they don't charge you with any warranty.

Review 26：The person that checked us in was very friendly. I wanted to take a bath around 9:00 pm and found out there was no hot water. They were very accommodating and moved us to another room which was as nice as the first one we were in.
Review 27：I was given a smoking room that was beyond nasty, the smell, the tar ceiling etc. I was traveling all day and when I arrived I just wanted to take a shower and check my emails briefly. When I checked in to my room the shower wasn't working but the plumber was on site working on it. However I asked for another room but I was told to be patient and wait for the water to come on again. The Staff was not friendly nor seemed concerned about my comfort. Next time I am in town, I would book some place else!

Review 29：Sink in room very difficult to turn on. No hot water at sink. Took forever to get hot water in shower.Had booked a ground floor room but apparently it didn't show up on the booking. It showed up on my copy. Only ground floor room left was one that had only one key, card lock would not work.

My husband took a shower and the tub wouldn't drain so I couldn't shower. We told them in the office but they didn't seem to care. We stayed there 3 weeks previous in a different room and it was ok. But we don't know if we would stay there again.
