Review 1：Pool towels the size of large hand towels. I have never seen this. Invest in a few decent size pool towels. How hard can this be when you have everything else in very good order?
Review 2：Location was good to visit springs. Hotel room clean, bathrooms clean and room spacious/well appointed. Breakfast adequate and good value for price of room. Free parking. Near food and grocery.

Review 9：I realize you were in the middle of a remodel but the elevator didn't work (we walked to the 3rd floor) , the breakfast area was a mess and the price was much higher than the other two Comfort Suites in which we stayed in Fla. Also others gave cookies, water and one even a personalized Hershey bar upon check-in. You could have done something to compensate for the mess.
