Review 1：The smiling faces wanting to make our stay enjoyable meant all the world to us. An incredible king suite, that matched our taste, comfort level and conveniences.

Review 2：I didn't like that there are no covered areas to park and unload luggage. Also there are no elevators so getting up 2 flights of stairs with my elderly mom was a problem.

Review 8：We loved the Hyatt house and will for sure be returning! The two bedroom suite had plenty of room for our family, and we loved having three TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted. Th staff were all so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!

Review 9：The fact that the card charge was for both nights for authorization. We paid cash and used another card and rhe pending changes took too long to come off.

Review 10：Breakfast was nice but we found the menu a bit too repetitive. The pillows on the bed were a bit too hard. I did not also like the coffee machine. I could not make good coffee. Maybe I did not know how to operate it. But I think that a small expresso machine would have been wonderful.

Review 11：It was a complete home for us. The rooms were very classy and neat and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Our kids were very impressed.

Review 12：The Wifi didn't work, very inconsistent. End up buying Spring Wifi Device, spent $450 for that. When spoke with Staff they didn't do much to fix it.

Review 16：I love this place. If we could we would just live there. It's quite, clean, fully equipped kitchen,large shower and closet. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful.

Review 17：The a/c was broken on arrival but was repaired within an hour. We hung out at the pool for a few hours to allow the suite to cool. Wifi or internet never worked during the stay. This was a BIG negative to have to go to the business center.

Review 25：I loved this hotel! The customer service was excellent before we even got there!(THANK YOU TONI!) The free breakfast was delicious. Our big family got to sit together and enjoy breakfast. The patio area was beautiful and inviting. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The ac in our room worked so well we had to turn it down... We always came back to a clean room! (THANKS REYNA AND THE REST OF THE CLEANING CREW!)

Review 26：I reserves a 2 bedroom suite and upon arrival they gave me a one bedroom suite.... The trip was suppose to be a girls weekend trip slumber party style, let's just say that was ruined. They did however offer us an additional room but rooms were far apart. The additional room had air issues where the room was hot the entire stay. We called several times but nothing was done.
