Review 3：The villa is very poorly maintained and has a problem with damp, badly stocked - e.g., the villa sleeps 10 people and there was one wine glass, all crockery damaged. 60% of lightbulbs not working. It needs a deep clean. Bedding poor quality. Bathrooms - in need of attention. Pool house in sorry state. Loungers broken. Disjointed management - separate owner, reservations people and cleaner/maintenance people, therefore disappointing level of service. Front entrance to the villa - extremely bad state of repair, electric gate broken.

Review 6：A lovely, well appointed villa in a quiet resort. With a car it is possible to visit local attractions like Obidos and Peniche. The clubhouse nearby has free wifi. Taxis are availible locally. There is a really nice restaurant in nearby Sierra del Rey called Couzhina del Rey. Though most of the time you will just want to chill out by your own private pool. Overall, a lovely relaxing holiday.
