Review 1：Sometimes the shower curtain didnt keep the water in, so a puddle would form on the bathroom floor and there was a special towel provided for this

Review 3：The receptionist tryed to force me to pay cash, so they will not paytaxes. Have you ever heard of a hotel that doesn't take creditcards? I have not! The shower stall was leaking, no hair dryer in room.The breackfast was a joke, to put it mildly . Everything stale, old, thecoffee was colored water, nothing else. The person manning thebreackfast room was following me everywere, to make sure I close thedoors, because the air conditioner was "on"! The worstexperience I had in Romania ever!

Review 5：Charged twice. They still deny the fact. They told me that i have to pay cash and afterthat they also charged my credit card. Still waiting for answer from them
Review 6：The huge price, for this type of hotel (1-2 stars at most, not 3), around 200 euro for two nights. It's a communist period hotel unsuccessfully remodeled, The hotel retained 100 euro deposit, for the next 2 weeks, even after I paid the whole room price!!! Not free parking, even the parking area was almost empty !!! Nonfunctional balcony door (you have to strongly lift up the whole door in order to open it), Not visible and not easy access to room's electric sockets. Noisy and cheap door handles. Very basic breakfast, bad coffee and only black tea. Old and very small TV set. Rusted outdoor air conditioner equipment. Poor furniture.

Review 8：There was dead bug in the corner of the room. A bed sheet had stains on it that looked like blood. The door handles are very squeaky. The toilet flusher wasn't closing properly and it was constantly making noise. There is no table tennis even though it says it has table tennis under facilities.

Review 10：where do I have to start?? Room was not ready, i asked 2 single beds, they gave me a double! Then i moved room, this room was full of dirt! Papers, sweets of children under the bed... And room smelled to a wet dog.... They cleaned room once a day but bed was untouched, they do it for 50 % ... Staff, they all had difficulties to smile, they all looked unhappy, they never said , thank you, when you pay something, they didn t say, have a nice stay... They just do there job with unhappy sad depressed face, nothing more, so you don t feel welcome there! So sad! Wifi wasn t working in the room ... I had to go to the lobby, normally only hostels, i experienced that ... And when I closed my count the last day, again she didn t say thank you when I payed, contrarely, I said it in her place, and you don t believe this, but she answered me, you are welcome!!! They don t get it in romenia!! No smile, ni welcome, no thx!! All small thinks that can make your stay so enjoyable, but nothing! They look depressed and sad! And what a beautifull country ... It s like they hate tourists! But actually, tourists make there country stronger, but you don t feel welcome at all ... Sorry for so much negatives, but I travelled a lot in my life... Never experienced an unfriendly country as this ... Sorry roemenia!

Review 12：Building works next door 8am to 6pm. Tired old uncomfortable poor fitting bathroom furniture. Water smelt of sulphur. Bedding only changed twice in 10 days. Worst hotel ever!!! Avoid like the plague

Review 17：Breakfast was very poor. If you are going to sleep with open balcony - it might be very noisy. You can easily listen all the sound on the floor's corridor. The key to the room is not electronic.
Review 18：The hotel very close to the beach. A lot of cafe nearby with life music. 5 min walk to bus station. I got the room with sea side and it was beautiful.
Review 19：1.) The fact that inside the luggage room were bugs and some eggs from them; 2.) Inside the room under one of the little wardrobes were also 2 dead bugs and also at the back of the sink another dead one; 3.) The smell of the detergent that was used to clean the floor tiles that was like very dirty underwear. 4.) The fact that the water tap was covered with a layer of tracing submission so, I had to buy detergent and sponge to clean all the 2 of them: one of the sink and the other one from the douche taps; 5.) the fact that I was given a room near the reception and I could hear the noises of the entrance hall during the night; 6.) one or two of the tiles of the bathroom were broken and the bathroom accessories were old. 7.)
Review 20：The location, the facilities, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the air conditioning inside the room and the net at the window against the flying insects, the fact that the rooms were everyday cleaned by the cleaning employees, the gel douche smelling, colour and concentration of it...

Review 36：Decor little dated. Wish they would renew the Orange Curtains! Would make such a difference to the room with a more luxurious look. Dogs. A lot of dogs around. Nothing nasty or threatening. Once one barks the rest start and can go on a while!

Review 40：This is hotel is 100% for families, hence quite noisy with lots ofchildren running around, especially noticeable at breakfast. I wasunable to secure a sea-view room because of the high season and theaspect from the back of the hotel is not very pleasant. There are majorproblems with the wifi service and the signal in the room was eithervery weak or non-existent. Despite complaints, nothing was done torectify the problem. Wifi service in public areas also inconsistent. Theshower curtain was inadequate and the bathroom usually flooded after aquick shower. Breakfast items often ran-out (especially on the Saturday)before the end of breakfast service. Complaints about outrageous over-pricing by the taxi company the hotel recommended failed to generate anyresponse. Obviously a small 'tourist loading' is not unusual butdoubling of a standard fare is not acceptable.

Review 44：I wished I did not have to answer this question. The staff is superb but seriously exploited with working hours longer than 24 hours a day. I will report this to the International Labor Office. It smells of modern slavery practices. factual: - the mattresses are very old and uncomfortable - the tv size is a disgrace and a strain on the eyes - the shower curtains are much too short and water leaks all over the bathroom - the toilet faucets do not work as needed - the administration is not in order as they tried to charge me twice for my consumptions....it might have been accidental...
