Review 1：The bed in our room was hard as a rock! Difficult to get comfy on. Noise travels..could hear a dog barking upstairs one night for a short period. Couch (sofa bed)in living room was hard as well and difficult to relax on

Review 4：The king suite was sweet :) Very nice and cozy with an electric fire place. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The area is quite.

Review 5：Unfortunately, we are coffee lovers and the coffee offered in the rooms was the worst we have ever experienced in a BW hotel ...similarity the coffee in the breakfast room was pretty bad too and the orange juice was god awful. What a shame that such a nice facility would go cheap on a couple days routine items like coffee and orange juice.

Review 6：Room was excellent. Nicely laid out and very functional. Staff was excellent. This was our 2nd week long stay st this property.

Review 7：Pool was tiny, over crowded, we ended up not being able to use it. The dining room was scorching hot, over crowded, no room to sit, not relaxing what so ever and loud...never seen anything like this and I stay out of town a lot.

Review 9：The cleanliness of the rooms. Top notch! It's a little thing but it certainly didn't go unnoticed. Loved the fact that the fact that the TV remotes were sanitized and put into little pouches! The comfort of the bed was superb; we had a great night's sleep!

Review 10：The lobby check in counter was locked when I arrived to check in when I arrived late after 10:00 pm. Another guest checking in said there were smokers at the side entrance that had the door propped open and could get in there!!!!

Review 12：The hotel is new, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The free breakfast was the best I'd had in a while and lots to chose from.

Review 13：not happy with the fact that this location, unlike other locations, took an extra $200 for "potential" damages that I might have caused during my stay. Brunt desk staff argumentative concerning that damage deposit stating that all hotels take a damage deposit. Other best westerns that I stay in do not. Guess I am " guilty until proven innocent". Won't stay there again!

We are a 65yr old retired couple who have been in business for 40 yrs and as you welcome use you say oh by way we don't trust you so need $200.00 damage deposit. We belong to your club and hAve traveled with you for yrs so you have our stay records as to how we treated your property in the past! I would also like to know what you do with that $200.00 while you hold it. Does it go into a savings act and collect interest for night? We always look for Western for a Good stay for a reasonable cost but asking for that $200.00 is very up setting and is a mood changer!co

Review 19：The only thing that was wrong is the Jacuzzi was not working timer would not stay on, an the jets in the pool were not working at all for the kids.
