Review 1：no elevator. Hard for elderly to carry luggage up stairs.

Review 4：we needed to do little bit laundry and the front desk did not have any change to do our laundry. they did not have a change machine in their laundry room. the channels on the television was not all that great and it was not clear.

Review 6：The building itself; the floors and stairs seemed unleveled & lumpy and the tile in the bathroom was loose and needed regrouting. I could hear someone doing the simplest of things in the next room at their sink area. And the staff wasn't rude but seemed uninterested when we checked in. When we checked out the young lady was very nice.
Review 7：I loved the beds the pool looked very nice and the room had a lot of aneminties; fridge microwave etc... Very nice.
Review 8：The room was on the lower level next to the pool and this made the room very dark as the windows was small, also you couldn't leave the curtains open as people walked past could look in.

Review 10：WiFi is does not have sufficient capacity to handle a full house; Breakfast was advertised from 7:30AM to 9:30 but eggs and sausage ran out prior to 9:30AM and we're not replenished.

Review 14：We were on a cross-country motorcycle trip and had just had a very long day. When we called the hotel we asked specifically if they had a pool and hot tub, as we wanted to soak. They said they did, then when we showed up, 2 hours later, they said the pool and hot tub were closed for the season! Why wouldn't they have said that on the phone earlier? Also, there is no food nearby, so we had to get back on the bike (not something either one of us wanted to do any more that day) to go get food.
Review 15：Staff was very accommodating and helpful! The place was clean and tidy. When they realized how upset we were about the pool and hot tub not being open, they upgraded us to honeymoon suite which had a nice living area and a bathtub with jets in it. Not exactly a hot tub, but definitely better than nothing!

Review 17：Really clean, nicely decorated rooms with plenty of space and comfort. The staff was really friendly and helpful The location is absolutely perfect with a lot of great attractions nearby (Bryce Canyon, Zion NP, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe bend, ...)
Review 18：Unfortunately our stay coincided with Spring Break from schools so when we went to get breakfast there was plenty of seating but it was mayhem trying to get food. The staff member was running ragged trying to keep supplies available. He did a good job but it did leave a bad memory for us. We did not receive a copy of our charges in the morning!!!!!!!

Review 22：When we arrived the lobby was cold. The receptionist was wearing a jacket. When we went to our room it was very cold. When we flushed the toilet it nearly ran over. We were given another room and it was colder than the first. We kept the heater going on high until bedtime and then turned it down a bit. The heater cycled on and off every 10 mintues. The fan made a very loud noise, so loud it was hard to sleep. The room was still cold. as was the hallway. I was very disappointed as we usually choose Comfort Inn and have always had very good accomadations.

Review 28：The staff was friendly, the breakfast was well stocked & delicious, the rooms were clean & quiet & the beds were comfy. The motel is centrally located to accommodate visits to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Page & the Grand Canyon without wasting most of the day "on the road". A great place to stay!
Review 29：Fix broken things in the room. Mirror, shower rod, sunk in floor. You can't sleep because of such thin walls and high noise levels.

Review 31：Quality of linens Two stories without an elevator. We were able to navigate the stairs with luggage but elderly people certainly would not. There are many other excellent facilities in Kanab unfortunaltly they were all full. No wonder!

Review 34：We were actually booked into another hotel and getting ready for what I was afraid would be a terrible night's sleep (it smelled and the mattress was very soft). I discovered that I had also booked us into the Comfort Inn and they had held our reservation (thank you Booking.com). I had forgotten which hotel I had booked and discovered it was this hotel. What a relief. We immediately dressed, packed and left the other hotel. I was immediately rewarded by a bright, clean lobby staffed by very professional people. The room was immaculate. My husband commented that it was the quality of some of the much pricier places we had stayed. We had a great night's sleep, a good breakfast and the only issue was that my lack of organization had cost us double. By the way the inferior hotel was the same price as this modern and beautiful hotel.

Review 43：The toilet overflowed upon arrival. When notifying the front desk the gentleman on duty (Roman ) did bring a plunger. He would not enter the bathroom until I put towels down. He wanted me to use the plunger. Told him that was his responsibility. He eventually did do it but then asked me to put the towels together in a clean towel. He returned with clean towels for us and said he threw the others away. It was only water no sewage. I am a 74 yr old woman......this is ridicules.
