Review 1：It was a very convenient place to stay since we had to get up early the next morning for an early morning flight. Service was exceptional and we were pleased with our room. Although the airport is right there, noise was very minimal. We were able to get a good night sleep.

Review 2：Arrival was painful. Luggage guy could not careless and check in girl had attitude. Sadly reflects on everyone when actually other staff members were very pleasant

Review 5：We stayed one night as transit before going to Phoenix 1) The hotel is easy to access from Terminal D after the luggage claim 2) helpful staff, they took our luggages to American Airline counter which they made it easy for us instead of pulling the bags by ourselves. 3) Very clean 4) Soundproof, the noise of the planes didn't disturb us from having a good sleep.

Review 9：There was an evacuation situation when we got there. One of the entrance was closed. The staff should stand at the closed entrance to show people an alternative entrance. Instead, no one was there, and people ending up waiting there for a long time

Review 18：It was quiet, comfortable and the staff were excellent at their jobs from the moment of reception to departure. Friendly and helpful. I had an enforced stop-over and this hotel was perfect for that. I left feeling very relaxed to continue my journey. I enjoyed using the very well-equipped fitness centre and the pool. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Review 21：Victoria at the front desk greeted me with a smile and she turned a bad day into a great evening. She recommends the sushi bar for dinner and then the spa afterwards. She also made sure I had the proper clothing to indulge in the spa. My flight was cancelled and I was stranded, tired and frustrated. It turned out to be a 12 hour stay at the oasis.

Review 22：The idea that the hotel had its own personal entrance into the terminal concourse. That isnt true. There's a security checkpoint close to the hotel entrance. You need a boarding pass or a special pass issued by the hotel
