Review 1：breakfast was very lousy, my bathtub clogged and took forever to get it empty, they didnt clean my room at all after my first night and my WIFI never got to work neither. On top of that we got charge twice for the room and when we call they said manager had to take care of the bill so we decided to call the bank and dispute it!

Review 3：I didn't like the shower, it didn't drain at all so I was standing in a puddle up to my shins. I didn't like that there were stains on the sheets, looked like menstrual blood spots. I am already weirded out by staying anywhere but home and that made me kick the bedding right onto the floor. The comfort was fine as far as softness/firmness .I really didn't like that I had to go quite a ways to the ice machine and it was broken. I didn't like the no elevator situation. I didn't care for the eggs or hash browns at breakfast.

Review 7：There was a significant sized hole in the wall under the lamp table in room 124 for the continental breakfast looked wonderful on Friday but Saturday morning juice ran out coffee maker was not working food was like warm.. Just not as good as Friday. The cost of the room in a king suite was far far over priced. For close to 200 a night the quality should compare to a large hotel chain. I overheard the front clerk quote a price for the king suite over the phone for 99 per night but our rate was 189 so I'm not sure what that deal was.

Review 9：The room door was stuck and very difficult to open. You actually had to ram against it to enter room. I can't imagine an elderly person trying to get in.
Review 10：No elevator, no safe in the room, no shower cap, staff seemed disinterested when the knives (for breakfast) needed to be replenished - she just said they didn't have any when later they were replensihed. As a female traveling solo, I didn't like being in a room with an exterior entry.

Review 16：The lighting was vey dim. For a woman to try and put herself together in the morning was difficult because the lighting is not bright enough. The WiFi could be better. Understand that when there are several people using it is slow but the service was low at all times.

Review 21：The only thing that we don't like are the walk ways on both down stair and upstair between the 2 buildings are not very clean, coke can poured on the floor next to the trash can and cigarette butts are everywhere. Pool had some bugs in it.
Review 22：This is a fairly new hotel, room is very clean and comfortable, very quiet and no freeway noises, property surrounding is clean too. Staffs are so friendly, breakfast is plenty to eat and waffles are great. Rate is fair and not very expensive. We chose this hotel because it locates by the freeway I-35, it links with Hilton Garden Inn property and we felt safe at night without troubles from apartment complex nearby whatsoever. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Review 68：The facility is a two story with no elevator. I don't have a problem taking the stairs, but when checking in and out with all of our luggage, it was a bit difficult. An elevator would have made it easier.
