Review 1：-Time-share base in the lobby is a bit annoying. I realize this is your money-maker and you won't get rid of this...we just aren't time-share folks. (Overall, they did not push me to attend an "informative meeting", they were really nice and laid back.)

Was told 1 was not available even thou reservations were made about 6 weeks before trip and i had called the hotel myself snd confirmed Went back to office and they did find a different building for us. Review 25：We booked a king studio and it turned out to be a queen. When checking our room, another couple had been booked in the same room. We had to go back to the check in desk to be assigned another room. We brought a boat and later found out that the boat ramp was not on the property. There was not electricity to recharge the boat battery at the parking lot designated for boats. We found out afterwards that we could pay a dollar per day to park our boat in the camping area and use the electric there. We felt like a dollar per day was very reasonable and probably would have done that.

The rooms felt dirty with torn carpet in several areas, mold in toilets, hair in the tub, cigarette burns on counter, dings in the walls. Not what I expected. Family staying upstairs was extremely loud even after complaining to them and the front desk. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.

Review 55：We had our first annual get together. 10 of us. The only complaint I have is we had the queen room and king. The queen room was warm the thermostat stopped when no people waling around. The fan in the queen room was going to fly off the ceiling, Just send in a guy to tighten it and all would be great. It made so much noise. Didn't disrupt my sleep but was afraid it would fly off. Otherwise I have been going to fall creek for years twice a year I love it. Yes I did call front desk they said did you call maintenance. How would I know how to call them.

Review 57：There is no included maid service. I go on vacay to NOT have to make my own bed, and have clean towels and bathroom provided daily. As well, the gym/work out center is dismal. For those of us who keep active in a gym on a regular basis, a MUCH better facility is needed. It would be an excellent extra to provide to your guests.

A really good cleaning (not something you can get with regular housekeeping) and some paint would help. More buildings need elevators. Bed was a little hard, but not bad.

Icontacted the front desk to say that our smoke alarm was going off (wewere in a studio) because the smoke alarm in the neighbor's suitewas triggered. The front desk person asked if we needed maintenance. Iexplained that I had gone next door to find the occupants fanning smokethrough opened windows and door. They had burned the toast. I guess theneighbors decided they weren't satisfied with burning just one ortwo pieces of toast, so they burned an entire loaf. The smoke alarmwould stop and then go off 10-15 minutes later for about 40 minutestotal. We couldn't go back to sleep as a result. I was verydisappointed that the front desk only offered to move us to anotherstudio. They didn't offer an upgrade at all. After the third timethe alarm sounded, I asked for our money back. The front desk clerkcharged us full price for our one night stay, and then had the nerve torudely state that we had to be out by 10:00 am. I do not recommend TheSuites at Fall Creek as a vacation destination for these reasons.

Review 74：We requested a suite on ground floor and they honored the request. My son has to have a heavy oxygen machine. The room was very neat and clean and my son was especially excited about the marina nearby.
Review 75：Don't try to check in early or even on time, they did not have rooms ready until after 4:00pm... this was a huge deal since we chose to spend the night there on our anniversary which they knew but could not get everyone on board to make us feel welcome or appreciated in anyway. they tried to sell us stuff but they already made a bad impression so we would not buy any additional packages from them. The front desk manager was totally cold towards us and their mistake but did give us money towards a meal.

Happening once, we could look past. Twice in one trip pushed us to get our money back and leave!

Floor sagging. Toilet wasloose had to call maintenance. Ridiculous.
Review 98：It was close proximity to shopping. The two condos were in the samebuilding. Different corners, not connecting, not convienent, but samebuilding. Indoor pool for kids was finished. We've stayed herseveral times without issue.

Our room was in one of the older buildings and it showed. The room needed a fresh coat of paint to cover the wear and tear.
