Review 1:I ate at the sports bar. I ordered the layered refried bean dip that came with nacho chips. They brought me nachos with weird meat chunks in it. I asked the bartender if it was supposed to be the bean dip and he said "yeah I know the menu says it is a dip but people like it this way better. And walked away. It was a giant mound of messiness. I just wish he would have asked me if I still wanted it when they weren't going to bring me what I ordered so I could have chosen something different.

Review 2:The shuttle drivers are super friendly as well as the desk staff. It is a great location and the rooms are very comfortable. This is now my third time staying there during a layover and I won't look at other hotels now.

Review 3:I arrived at shuttle station around PM11:40. In the airport I found electronic-concierge and the information said shuttle departs hotel every 20 min. I just waited for first 25 min. Then I used that concierge to ask pick up(Free call). then I waited 20 more min. I called again and after 5 min shuttle arrived. Totally 50min waiting in the -3C weather and took only 3 min to get there. I'm still suffering from cold.

Review 4:The room was really broad. Bedding was good. Breakfast was just fit for the price. There was a problem with shuttle and staff apologized then offered free breakfast.

Review 5:The sign to guide from airport to this hotel is not easy to find... And the walk over with luggage is a long journey...

Review 12:Easy to access inside security but impossible to access outside security. The phone to call the shuttle is not to be found and walking thru garage is a nightmare up and down stairs.

Review 13:The gals behind the front desk were rude and disorganized. They ended up checking me out of my room accidentally causing much frustration and making me late to meetings. I had guests at the bar waiting on me and the hotel manager said he would buy our drinks at the table....never happened. There were other issues as well but I am over it.

Review 17:I hated that I had to fight to get the free breakfast. The desk clerk flat out refused to credit my account for breakfast. I had to seek out a manager and show him the booking receipt. Booking the shuttle requires a phone call. I wish that were spelled out in the confirmation.

Review 18:The beds and pillows were great! Food was good too. The buffet includes made-to-order eggs. Go ahead and book if you're on a gluten free diet. The manager was wonderful. He took care of my issues and included a few freebies to make up for the poor service. They also validate the toll ticket.

Review 21:Almost impossible to find out where to find the Hyatt shuttle stop. No written info passed to us and no one late at night at the airport seemed to know. This took us about 30 to 45 minutes to get to the right place after claiming luggage.

Review 24:Proximty to DFW and availability of restaurant after a long flight was great. Returning to DFW to get a rental car the next morning was much less stressful than it would have been the night before.

Review 25:As an airport hotel, you should be aware of delays and a need to staff up for influx of guests. I had a scheduled layover which was reduced due to a 7 hour weather delay. The airport was closed for several hours causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights due to arriving after midnight. As you can imagine several travelers made last minute lodging arrangements at the hotel. All of us (even those wth long standing reservations), waited in lines for over an hour after 2 am to check in. The staff was unorganized and understaffed and could have been managed better. For the price, it would have been nice if the customer felt they were paying for a service as opposed to buying a commodity. Perhaps someone greeting guests explaining the staffing situation and guiding guests into respective lines to help check in. There was some confusion that caused frustration.

Review 29:Clerk at check-in did not want to charge us the amount in our confirmation email and advised us that we'd have to contact booking.com as they don't have to accept the rate from a third party. Then called booking.com and later no one there has record of such call.

Review 30:The location was a little difficult to get to from the airport because it's in the middle and you have to call them to get a shuttle to pick you up. And when you call the hotel to find out where the shuttle pickup is located, they leave out a few steps, like you have to go to Terminal C, then baggage claim 26,then take an exit door, then go down an escalator to get to loading area C24. Other than that, it was great!

Review 31:They completely ignored me in the lounge - took 20 minutes to order a drink. the shuttle driver to the restaurant district was rude, lazy and did not want to be driving that bus. Although you are only along for the ride, he was sure to make you know that he hated his job (and you).

Review 33:Check your bill they over charged me by more than double and still a week later have a hold on a large sum of money in my account. All balances were settled with the hotel before I left, if you emai the desk manager don't expect any response. I have been travelling around America for the last 3 weeks and can honestly say this is one of the most expensive hotels I have stayed in a me probable one of the worst. Room could do with a good dust too. The only helpful member of staff was one of the concierges who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Review 34:Good location of your just using it as a stop over whilst flying in or out of DFW otherwise is a nightmare to get to and from.

Review 37:Didn't had a microwave. The pool was cold and they didn't had a Jaccuzi. For $183/ night other hotels had a Jaccuzi or they could control the temp of the pool. Plus other hotels have their business center with printers and computer with no extra charge. This hotel hosts a FedEx Business Center which charged about $12.00 for some couple of copies less than 10 copies .

Review 44:We paid the extra for this hotel since it was "at theairport," to avoid hassle with a hotel shuttle. It is actually"outside" the airport and too far to walk with luggage. We,along with 4 other people, waited about an hour for the shuttle. When Icalled the number given on the booking.com reservation all I got was anoffice recording.

Review 49:Chairs in room could have been more comfortable. No grab bar in bathroom shower, which made bathing my handicapped brother a risk. There wasn't really enough room behind the bathroom door for the commode. Again, my handicapped brother skinned his toes trying to close it because of the placement.

Review 74:I have no real complaints other than it's easy to get confused between the Hyatt Regency (this hotel in concourse C) and the Hyatt Grand (I think in concourse D). The former you take a shuttle to and the latter you can walk to from the gates. The signage in the airport isn't great so check a map or ask staff before you start the long walk.

Review 75:The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Everything you need when you are stuck between connecting flights! The staff were also friendly and helpful and had no problem offering a late checkout.

Review 76:Front desk staff is not experienced, charged me 2 times of room rate from my credit card and 1 cash payment, although I had told her many times that I will pay by cash ! Now card payment is refund, but made me rate exchange and bank handling fee loss.

Suggest calling hotel ahead to request shuttle pick up. Previously a car rental company allowed us to park car at hotel, but that didn't happen this time.

No explain that there is a daily charge for wifi and the business office is a cost as well. As a customer, nothing there is free with the purchase of a nights stay. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING!

Review 117:Prices were extremely high compared to service/overall quality. They even charged me $ 54 for two 10-seconds (no kidding, just less than 10 seconds each) international telephone calls. And they didn't even want to discuss about that! They also did not receive the reservation I did via Booking.Com, but the manager said it was all right. Next day at check out, I find out she did nothing and I was charged the highest rate (approx. $150 higher than my original booking). Again, no discussion possible. Never ever will I satyr again in a Marriot hotel. I feel I was treated just like a lemon, to squeeze juice out of.
