Review 1：The baseboard heat kept working on and off. Sometimes it would heat you out. Other times it wouldn't warm up the place.
Review 2：The service was fantastic. I got the room with the hot tub and they cleaned it out every morning!it always smelled soo clean. Keep up the great work!
Review 3：Room sucked and smelled! heat was turned off when checked in and were brought a space heater that didn't work. Temp was 50 degrees and took hours to get to 60. Outdated everything in room. Door didn't close properly and electric outlets looked dangerous.

Review 10：We checked the room as typical for a motel stay, looking under the mattress and on the bed frame for bedbugs. Instead we found the bed was damp, and underneath was masses of black mold. We had requested a non-smoking room, but it's clear they use all their rooms as both smoking and non smoking, and just use deodorizing spray between stays to placate non-smoking guests. Guess what; it doesn't work, especially if a room is that damp; it was like staying in a moldy, smokey unfinished basement. I don't expect much from motels, just that they be clean, and be mold, smoke and bug free. To top it off, they advertised free WiFi and they had nothing of the kind when checking in. After a very long day of driving, I wasn't prepared to find another motel. All these problems are inexcusable for a motel and so, I am giving this property the lowest possible rating.

Review 14：No one was staying in the motel except us. We asked for a smoking room, when we got there we got a smoking room however the lady said we had to smoke outside. Then when we checked out my bill was $55.00 but she charged me $60.00 I asked why and she said they always round up to the nearest dollar to provide a tip for housekeeping. I said we didn't have housekeeping. She said that didn't matter it was their procedure. I didn't argue said it was a rip off and left.

Review 26：Owner did not have room available that we had reserved. At 2:00 A.M. had no choice but to accept what was available and sleep two grown adults in a single bed. Owner was nasty and inconsiderate. Only cared about money.
Review 27：It had a bit of an odd smell, but nothing too much to handle. I had to adjust the water temp six times during a shower; it ranged from "scald my skin" hot to "where did my junk go?" cold. The bed was a bit too soft; if you need a firm mattress you might be miserable. I also got a vibe that this may have been a by-the-hour place at one time (mirrors on the bed canopy!), and I was happy I was armed. Having said all that, I would stay here again.
Review 28：The location, for my purposes, was ideal. It's not in the middle of things to do, but if you're looking for easy access to the highway - especially heading north of Altoona - it's in a great place. I also liked the price, which was reasonable.

Review 33：The noisy air conditioning. The room was not cleaned throughout our stay. The limitation of the internet facility, as it was only wired internet that was available in the room and no wifi.

Review 37：The pictures on line show a soaking tub in the deluxe King "Suite" that we requested. The "room" that we were given only had a stand-alone shower and no tub at all. We realized by the rate and other reviews that it would be old and outdated, but we arrived after dark and there was no lighting to show the driveway to the office. The mattress was very uncomfortable and although everything was clean the towels and linens were very thin. In the corner that held a small table and chairs there were no electric outlets to plug in our cellphones. The stick up mirrors on the wall and ceiling above the bed were held together with packing tape. Incidentally no mention was made on line of the mirrored ceiling!

Review 39：TV and air conditioning were really old. Even no bathtub. I could not sleep because mattress was sinking and hard to breathe with smoking smell in non smoking room. My kids were so shocked . Too expensive for its value.
Review 40：The room was moldy. Ac was so loud, you couldn't hear yourself speak. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. The owners were very nice but we will never return. We have family in PA and, are there often. A nicer place will get our business. Motel 6 was three times nicer and, $10 less.

Review 46：Gave us a 1 full size bed for two adults. No ventilation in bathroom! Had to call for toilet paper. Two towels that were the thinnest scratchiest towels I've ever seen. Bathroom floor got very slippery from shower steam because of no vents. I don't even know if that's legal. They seemed indignant that we asked for extra towels and a roll of toilet paper. Very small room.

Review 96：Manager's friendliness and concern for clients. Price was within my budget whereas a motel some distance away where I visited friends who recommended it was beyond my affordability. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. A 24-hour business across the street (SHEETZ) provide my food and beverage needs.
