Review 1：It suppose to be five stars hotel but I can't sleep in night time because they have military base not far from the hotel it was very stressful experience won't recommended to any British travellers

Review 3：This hotel can barely be with 3 stars, the rooms furniture is too old, the corridors smell like food, I had a fully booking and I was paying for drinks including water in every meal, the cost of 2 bottles of mineral water is almost the same like a meal in a normal restaurant.

Review 5：As i was expecting a 5 Star Hotel experience in return of the money i paid.. i was struck with the fact that it can only be rated as a 3 Star Hotel no more. The reception was bad. The staff is not polite as they should be, and so unprofessional in many aspects, to mention the least is when you call them from your room it takes ages for them to answer. Room service is very bad, and when your hungry they never answer when you dial the indicated number in the brochure they put in your room. The cleaning staff... they do what they could with the capabilities they're given. The hall ways leading to the room are very hot and not air-conditioned not to mention somewhat scary lol. They're a bit dark and only lately have i known that it used to be a MENTAL INSTITUTION switched to a hotel.

Review 7：When I called the staff said that there is no transportation, but later we found out that u have busses from the airport and to the airport,so we had to pay extra, when I write email nobody answer, the car hired was very dirty,the neighbors had same room but twice cheaper.

Review 12：The staff was poor if u are not Arabic they will treat you very good but Iam from Libya and u feel the racism with them . One thing happened to me when I booked by booking .com I got three nights with 225$ and when I asked the reception to extend one night they say I should pay about 85$ per night which is more than booking when I tell them I go to many hotels and some times I extend same price they refused ! Any way its my last stay at this hotel .

Review 41：At the dinner you have to pay for the drinks, even for the water; the staff is really annoying - they are way too friendly and always want to sell you something. The bedsheets looked like in a primary school summer camp, and the food was quiet tastless. It is by no means near a 5 star hotel, maybe 3..maximum.

Staffwas untrained, reception was unfriendly, no one at the entrance towelcome you, definitely not a 5*, if you go there, expect a "wannabe" 5* attitude but in reality a 3*. Pool is ok, Spa is for bothmale and female, no separation. While staying outside, one of theirguest was shouting from one of the room in the spa, that she was lockedand people were not there to open the door... Horrible, don't go.

Review 51：the staff whom work in the reception and the loppy they are not honest and very gready, why at my arrival i asked the receptionist about the cost of the meal in the restaurant they said 25 TD i said we are three people can you give discount they ask the staff manager and offered 20TD for each person, we agreed and started had our denier in restaurant on base of there acceptance , after 4 days we come for check out and asked them about the restaurant bill we found there`s no discount on our bill so we talked with stafe manager in this regard at the beginning he deny to give any discount to any one after we face him that some body talked to you and you agreed he said yes it was verbaly and i did not sign to give discount officialy we only says thanks allot and you are the loser and we never back to you even if free of charge in addition we notes the waiters in the loppy always adding amount on coffee services to get more and more. i advice to any one be carefully and you have the choice. thanks

No tea and coffee facility in the room.When we askedfor some milk , it was refused for tea making in the room as we had ourown electric . kettle. Review 54：The waiters were the rudest and most insolent I have ever encountered in 71 countries I have visited. My room was over the pool...lovely except that there was a loud band and singers playing until 11pm each night. Not good!!!
