Review 1：Loud music from the disco till around 1 a.m- as there are quite many families with kinders, I think hotel management should reorganize this disco so, that it does not disturb others. Otherwise nothing bad.

Review 2：Animation team, especially boys- good and funny shows in the evening, white party etc. My 2.5 old son enjoyed mini disco very much :) The food was good and healthy, very nice beach bar. The sea and beach area- much better to swim than in Kemer. Place is very good- I recommend visiting the Goynuk Kanyon- taxi around 10 eur from the hotel. Hotel territory is green and nice, mountain view from the bungalows.

Review 3：Despite having booked a superior room some 8 months in advance, on arrival we were given a standard room (without explanation) and had to complain the following day to the manager who, after some pressure from us, changed us to a room which was more suitable. We were told by the hotel that tea & coffee would be available 'at all times' however it was not possible to get a drink of any sort before 7 AM or after midnight. Even being realistic toward the limitations of 'fully inclusive' the food and drink provided was dreadfully mediocre and the general attitude of staff was indifferent at best. Most assuredly NOT 4* as advertised.

Review 8：the best thing that we liked greenwood hotel was hotel entertainers. people who entertained travelers were very energetic and good. all shows at night time were perfect and food was good not excellent. the only thing we did not like was about air condition, when I booked it on booking.com it said room has air condition, yes it had but it was not open all the time. actually during 5 days in September we never found it turn on, however hotel manager told us we will turn it on everyday between 6 to 9 pm !!!!

Review 9：I noticed that there were a lot of damaged glasses, plates and cups in the restaurant. I think it quite dangerous to use this kind of glassware and dishes. My balcony overlooks the next resort (Karmir) where all day till late night very loud music played. It was nightmare.

Review 10：I liked the location and green territory around the resort. The food was very tasty and various. Very clean inside and outside.

Review 11：The housekeeping doesn't renew the towels which you use in the room after showers and the bedspreads are also not renewed. There were shampoo when we first arrived to the hotel but the housekeeping didn't renew shampoo after they are finished. I have called the reception in order to get new shampoo but no one brought shampoo for at least one hour

Review 18：Mini club not working, no staff to entertain the children, one offered to draw with them. slides were not ready for use. Rooms in poor condition, dust on floor and walls damaged. Internet only in the lobby. Towels/blankets either dirty or damaged (holes or stains) floor aluminum window path cover not fixed and up creating a hazard, Gibson dust on the light switch. Sheets uncomfortable. No black curtains on window. Minibar inoperative and not cooling, no tea/coffee set in-room. Area of the hotel is in renovation and low standards of roads. Sadly appeared to be low class people, loud and drunk in afternoon until evening. Group of young guys instead of families. In general we were surprised of the 4 stars classification. The hotel appears old in its structures such as lift and rooms. limited choice in the buffet in general as opposed to a lot of hotel we visited. replenishment of desert would not always happen and so won't have the choice at the end. Only nespresso machine coffee. We will not come back, we left after the second night to another hotel Barut Hemera a 4 stars hotel of complete different standards...

Review 19：Staff tried to help us when we decided to leave the hotel for another hotel. Animation staff were friendly and the pool was nice. Manager and staff at the desk helpful and friendly. Mini disco staff very good. Mountains behind are a nice view. Sea upfront is of clear water. Green area behind the hotel appears nice and cosy.

Review 20：Low Internet connection. Lack of tables in the restaurant , especially at dinner time.

Review 22：1) For family rest a bit too noisy. For example, no time for day sleep and if you travel with children who take it, ask for the rooms at bungalows (3 storey houses) which are more distant from noisy activities. And I would prefer full stop of all music at 22-00 at night. 2) They clean the room each day, but be very attentive, if you don't show her what problem zones to clean, the cleaner usually washes the floor in the middle of the room. Fix the time of cleaning at the reception desk beforehand otherwise the cleaner may disturb you while day dreaming of your baby and if you ask her to come later she turns up only next day. As I stayed at deluxe room of course I would prefer it to be less expensive.

Review 23：I liked almost everything: 1) cuisine (very rich, european with lots of fruit, different kinds of meat (chiken, turkey hen, beef (true not soyameal), lamb), except for pork, different fish incl.tuna. Meal was abundant and very tasty. 2) the sea was very close to the hotel though it's considered to be the second line because you have to cross the road. Sea is really round 100 m.from the hotel. No problem to reach your hotel beach. There is always a guy who takes care of you to find a shaddow umbrella to place under. 3) The hotel truelly specialises in family leisure. Very nice animation program for children in the evening, daytime activities in kids mini club. Bed time when all shows, music finish starts at 23-00. 4) For adults every evening perfect shows (diverse) + competitions during the day time. 5) there are 2 pools with 2 waterslides each. 6) very green and clean territory (at night the staff washes even the foot path area). 6) Staff is very friendly. If you are friendly they always return it with pleasure. Most travellers prefer not to notice the staff and the staff are polite and never impose their hospitality. 7) the staff speak Russian, French and a little German. Top management speak English well enough. Guests from France, Russia, Germany and Poland (as I notice) prefer this hotel and everybody seems happy. If I have such possibility I would go to this hotel next year for sure and recommend you.

Review 24：- The restaurant's capacity is low, you have to wait to have a seat - The quality of the foods are not good - The service was slow, difficult to find fork/knife/spoon. - There is lack of staff - Room was not so clean - Pool was dirty -Not at the sea side, you have to cross the main road and walk about 5 minutes

Review 26：It was very dirty both accomadation, dining areas, restaurant etc. ----- Food was not good ---- Staff were qualified --- Aircon was not functioning inside the room, it was controling from the central and our room was standing in front of the sun-It was terribly hot ---- The telephone was not functioning ---- and many unconvinient events we have had.... This hotel deserves only two stars ... (do not compare with the other Sherwood hotels)

Review 27：It was annoying that they charge 1 euro to change the beach towels, also that the Wifi which is advertised as being available everywhere, is actually only available in the reception/lobby area. Also I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Review 28：The entertainment/animation team were amazing, the mini-club for children was very convenient, the staff are multilingual. The pool was nice and clean and the views were fantastic. The food was good and there was a lot of it. The room was clean and in good condition with a view of the mountains. Guests were international: English, Irish, French and Russian. Kemer is nice without being exciting. Generally we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
