Review 1：too much noise from hotel concert that lasted until midnight, shower didn't work, furniture was uncomfortable.

Review 3：The staff doesn't speak English, and they were confused by the idea of a reservation. They kept insisting I needed to pay money while booking, even though I tried to explain I was paying now that I was checking in. They wanted to keep my passport overnight, but after some pleading, gave it back and told me to bring it back to them the next day (though they never asked again after that). The toilet in my room was broken and water from the faucet was quite cloudy. They don't really seem to know how to handle foreign travelers, so I wouldn't recommend it. It was more of a headache than an actual holiday.

Review 5：Some of the staff were great; some were not. Also, despite being a hotelwith lots of families staying, they didn't have baby beds/cribs or highchairs for meals. We made do, but it was surprising given theirclientele (and the cost!).
