Review 1：No rules up front regarding our dog. They trusted us to do the right thing, which we did. Breakfast was cooked and presented well. We had a lovely stay!
Review 2：1. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room which was an inconvenience because i changed motels to this one predominantly for the wi-fi (i had work to do on my computer). 2. Not sure about the gravel for luggage - because i had one of those wheel bags... 3. Only found the coffee/tea by accident-maybe make it more visible?
Review 3：Very friendly staff who looked after me, great location, really clean room and it was very comfortable. I liked Swan Hill a lot more than i expected - can't wait to visit again.
Review 4：I didnt like the dogs barking in the next room, the decour was mid 20th century-but not the cool stuff. the bed had a stained cover around the base & the spar bath was coverd in crumbling grout. I have stayed in cheeper city accomidation with better facilities & free wifi.

Review 6：Fire alarm was hanging down and when quizzed laughed it off and said 'it still works' No hair dryer in unit. Had to ask for one Ironing board pathetic. Iron burnt the board.

Review 17：The owners were friendly, the rooms were clean and it was central to town facilities. The bed was good quality and there was the thoughtful inclusion of cutlery in the room (not just tspoons) which made enjoying our takeaway meal so much nicer. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast on offer which was delivered at precisely the time requested. The setup of the rooms meant that the rooms were quiet despite its location on a main street. The room price was at the cheaper end of the scale but the amenities, cleanliness and service puts this motel well above "those other chains" that focus on cheap and not much else.

Review 38：TV in my room(4) was smaller than in my 16ft caravan, it was very hard to watch from bed (being so far away) and sound was distorted when up high enough to hear.

Review 57：Both the hot water and internet were transient in our room (1) but this may be particular to this room. Pool could have been a bit cleaner but it didn't stop us going in and was welcome on a very hot day.

Room is small for a family room compared to others I stayed in during this trip but was comfortable and bedding etc good. Guest laundry facilities were an appreciated bonus whilst traveling.
