Review 1:I understand any business attempts to keep costs down, however some of the amenities were definitely a hodgepodge. Three separate coffee maker parts to complete one coffee, two different sets of bedding. I got the feeling that the employees were relatives of the owner and felt bad for how some things are definitely pieced together, albeit clean and tidy.

Review 3:I originally asked for a first floor room but was put into a room on the third floor that didn't have a fridge like it was suppose to. The room also had a half eaten candy underneath the bed in which my dog found.

Review 5:No coffee making facilities in the room, you have to go to the lobby to use the complimentary service there. Weather was below zero, so walking there wasn't worth the bother. No vending machine in the second block where my room was located, it was again only available near the lobby.

Review 13:Dirty, no coffee pot in the coffee maker, no blow dryer on the wall where it was "suppose" to be hanging (paid extra for), the refrigerator didn't work and there was mold in the bathroom. Overall experience - it was awful and I will NEVER stay there again.

Review 17:The staff did not want or could not help switching rooms, smoking room smells strongly impregnating all of our clothing. Bedding seems stained and carpet was not particularly clean.
Review 18:Upon arrival to our room we found our main light was not working, i had to walk through the room to the bathroom and turn that light on just to see. The fridge didn't get very cold so our beverages stayed pretty warm, and we had a smoking room with no ashtray. When i asked the cleaning lady the next day for one she tells me she didn't have one but never offered to get us one. When we woke the next morning i went to make coffee and discovered the coffee pod from the previous people still in the coffee maker, so it's pretty obvious that housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms to well.
Review 19:Despite a few minor dislikes, the location was good, close to the airport and the front desk staff was pretty nice. The room was big and some what clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much. I make trips to Dallas often and would stay here again, but just suggest that housekeeping do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

Review 22:I found a cockroach walking on the roof and a fly bother me all night long. The bed had a big puddle on the bed sheets. By far, the most horrible hotel I have ever been in USA.

Review 25:When we got to the location it was a decent looking place but as soon as we walked in the room.The room was dirty and the restroom was also dirty.The toilet was filthy and inside the tub had hair.Also the BEDS were hard as a ROCK.My back hurted for three days after.But the staff was nice but really didnt see them other than checking in.But I guess what do you expect for 50.00 a night

Review 33:The location and the bed was pretty comfortable, plus we had micro & fridge and the safe was a big bonus. It was just a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Review 37:Rooms should aquire at least a fridge for any weekly stay, and a microwave.. Place really needs a makeover.

O stayed at another hotel because a little low on funds. I should've paid the difference to stay here so, there were no surprises. I can't say much right now about that hotel or booking.com because of the other hotel situation. I can say I'll be doing a lot of surveys if it goes wrong too. Stick with what you know that, your going to sleep at a good place or your night might be ruined. Redwood INN is a comfortable place to stay. Which goes along way. Thanks no drama here.
Review 44:This place was out of hand from , the a/c not working at all , would not move me nor did they send someone to fix it, the drunk people partying in the parking lot till 4 in the morning , the rude staff, roaches in the bathroom, the cleaning lady never cleaned my room I was there for 3 nights no fresh towels , I would of left this place but I was there for work and every other hotel was booked , WILL NEVER USE RED ROOF AGAIN

Review 46:It felt cheap,the walkways were littered with trash,my door wouldn't shut right when leaving,large hole punched in bathroom door and the phone constanly rang with flashing message even though there was wasnt one.Also,cleaning person walked in my room at 7:30 am without knocking.And all the signs directing you to rooms were incorrect.

Review 48:The credit card was charged a few hours before checkout, so I was not able to pay through a different method. Also, the cleaning crew did not announce that they were coming in, and frightened my 3-year-old daughter a bit.

Review 50:the weather was hot and humid. dont count on the shuttle bus coming to get you from the airport after hours. dont walk through the field to the gas station unless you want burrs to stick to your legs and splooge all over your jeans.

Review 52:Representative checking in pilot upset a long line of waiting guests. He did not handle the pilot's checkin professionally, and all guests waiting to check in were shocked, and irritated that they had to wait, and witness this arguing with the pilot who was a frequent guest, but there was a mix up with his reservation.

Review 64:My family and I arrived at this hotel after traveling nearly 24 hours from Japan. We were exhausted and just wanted to crash. The first room we were given was filthy. There were tools all over the place. There was a used razor in the sink, empty pet bottles every where, and the place smelt very bad. There was a pipe cleaner in the bathtub and scum was covering the tub. We immediately complained and were told they'd get us another room right away. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for a new room. Never once did we receive and apology from the staff. Later, after writing a scathing review on another site, I received an email from the manager with an empty apology. He never offered to give us a discount or reimburse us for our stay. After this experience, we will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again.

Review 70:Things came up missing in our room. The mafia came and made the needs beds and removed trash but that was it. The toilet was nasty and had urine on it. The bathtub was dirty and hair was stuck all throughout. Spoke to another couple who had a newborn infant and their room had bedbugs. Worst place I've ever stayed.

Review 75:The staff was very friendly, helpful and hard working at all times. They always helped us when we needed it, answered questions and tried to solve any problems in a very respectful manner. There is free WiFi all over the inn which works very fast. There is also a coffee booth where you can make coffee for yourself at anytime. The shuttle service was very good as well. It was very convenient and punctual. Next to the inn, there is "Denny's" (open 24 hours), Food Mart and a petrol station. These are very helpful services and sell a lot of items. The environment around the inn is very peaceful, with some cars passing by and airplanes passing overhead. The room itself is very pleasing. The air conditioner cools the room greatly. The beds are highly comfortable and there is a massive amount of lighting which brightens the room when lit. The curtains do a great job of darkening the room. The bathroom is small, yet good. Overall, the room, location and inn are absolutely amazing and I wish I stayed there longer.

The ice bucket was covered with hair, like someoneshaved or plucked hair out of their nose over it... Hair was also allover the counter... I was afraid to take my shoes off... I did not evenwant to touch the anything in the restroom... I was not comfortable eventaking my clothes off, nor touching anything in the room... The onlyworking ice machine was way in the other building of the property... Onemicrowave and it was in the lobby... Never, ever, ever, ever again!!!!!I wanted my money back soooooo bad.

Review 98:it is very convenient to airpot, hotel chuttle is available all time. Room is clean and simple. That's it, one night stay. I will choose it again if come next time.
Review 99:The single person on staff at the front desk was very nice but I would say she was a bit unproffesional. She had what seemed her young pre-teen daughter helping her with her job. She had her run around the hotel and find an empty clean and ready room for us when I believe it should've been herself doing it since she is actually getting payed for it. There was no microwave in the room as advertised although I didn't need it.
Review 100:I liked how I was able to book the night before on very short notice. I enjoyed being able to sleep during a layover. Also the Denny's next door was perfect as there were not any other places to eat nearby. Room was very clean.
