Review 1：The reception staff were not as good as elsewhere (e.g. Les Colombes in Hammamet), I asked for a quiet room but had to put up with loud music from the pool in the mid afternoon, and then again till midnight. It meant being tired in the mornings... Not relaxing !!!

Review 2：The restaurant staff were mostly very helpful, and the security staff friendly which created a good impression... Good choice of TV channels in room too.

Review 3：I would like to say the location of hotel is amazing ... but the rooms its not confort... I wish could the management of hotel make new tv and King size bed...

Review 4：Breakfast and evening meal were awful in terms of quality and quantity. The staff couldn't keep up with the clearing. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillow felt as though they were stuffed with straw. The shower head needed unblocking. There was no all-inclusive at the beach. The grounds were untidy and the sun loungers very old and worn and there were very few foam mattresses.

Review 5：The location, only a short walk from their own patch of beach. The all inclusive price was pretty good value. The pool was a welcome respite, and the entertainment team were fun. Lunch was good.

Review 6：air conditioned broken, I told that, but nobody came to repair it. so, by night with opened window... all the nigth with the noise of the air conditioned motor of the street floor. the staff also didn't give me another room. the food: no comment.

Review 8：Very bad experience We are a new couple We cane to the hotel around 4 pm and the reservation was made it before 3 weeks The receptionist lady with very bad attitude she keep me on hold more than 2 hours and then she said that no booking under my name Than i called booking.com and they said received now!!!! In our booking we request hanuman setup Of corce nothing was done After this all they put us more than 2 more hours again on hold intill the room was ready 10 pm!!! After this all she told me to pay and the valu of money was more 101 dinars than my booking i told her why this much and when she counted again she give me the correct price The manager with glass also having very bad attitude Not only me we was on hold There is more than 10 couple Bad service very bad

Even when we informerd the receptionist about our concerns, he did not respond but rahter smiled at us! Absolutely outragous. Thus, please do me a favour and chose another hotel. Tunisians need to learn that even in a 3-start-hotel, basic rules of friendliness must be respected!
