Review 1：there was some mold in the bathroom, the towels were scratchy and dingy in color, had to call to have them replaced.

Review 2：it is close to my sisters house and the bed was comfortable, also there was a fridge and microwave in the room

Review 3：Was only given 1 Washington cloth and there was 2 of us staying for 2 nights. The room we had also had an odor of musty smell. Mirrors were not cleaned either.

Review 5：The burn mark in the sheets, the strange light the only illuminated the window (in front of the curtain so it provided no light for the room), the lamp without a lampshade, no pillow covers on the pillows

Review 7：The bathroom had mold, the walls and trim were dirty, our room was right beside the dumpster, we specifically asked for a non-smoking room but our room reeked of smoke.

Review 13：They charge you a fee to use your credit card. Didn't disclose this info anywhere upon booking nor in person until after the fact. Front desk reception was very unprofessional in person and on phone. I will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. Room was very dirty and musty smelling. Horrible lighting. TV was literally old school 13 inch. Very disappointed overall.

Review 15：No fridge in room only an ice bucket and we had to get the hotel staff to get ice for us so it wasn't very convient.

Review 18：We needed a room for one night in the Altoona area. We found Relax Inn on line , it was priced very low compared to others in that area. Much to our surprise it was a very nice place for the money. Clean , friendly staff, peacefully. For the money you can't go wrong !!

Review 19：Upon arrival the lobby was locked and staff was no where in sight. After finally reaching management ( through numbers they posted on the door) they told us that it would be another 20 minutes before they would be back to give us a room. After 30 minutes of waiting the guy came n tried to charge us full price. After 15 more minutes of arguing with him we got our keys n to our room we went. All this nonsense made us almost an hr late to the even we were going to. In the morning we wanted to take advantage of the free coffee. Yea right!!!!! The cups were dusty and had dead bugs all through them. The same for the ice containers in our room. It was a horrible experience and I can honestly say we will not ever be returning to that place nor recommending it either

Review 21：Bathroom was dirty, bed box spring had stains that were horrible. Furniture was various other hotels. If Booking.com does not stop recommending this location I will completely stop using Booking.com. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a -50. No WIFI, strange smell through out the room, two towels for the entire room, I could not sleep cause of the fear of getting sick from the room. Since all the other hotels were sold out I had no choice but to stay there for the one night but will never do that again..Overall the place was GROSS!!
