Review 1：Television remote did not work, replacement wasn't much better. Only able to access local programming. Soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers empty.

Review 2：Clean room and pet friendly. Bed was comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave included.

Review 3：only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the whole hotel ! Need at least one more of each to accommodate guests. the lady before me had at least 2 loads of washing - so we had to wait hours.

Review 10：Indoor - outdoor pool and indoor spa closed no discount. Key didn't work to get to "GARDEN" area and outside Spa. Our Suite wasn't part of advertised (pictured online) area. Only 2 very small bottles of water in room, but tap wasn't bad. The Rooms maximum lighting were at mood lighting levels or lower only, with darker walls. Although I always have a key chain flash light for finding things on the floor. (Most of my friends & family thing I keep things too dark or that I'm part cat)

Review 19：Yes, we requested a pet free room because my child has an allergy, unfortunately, we were assigned a pet friendly room. The front desk didn't even have to courtesy to apologize.

Review 37：When we complained of the inconvenience occasioned by the "fire drill", we were assured that this was an "unusual circumstance". In fact, it could not have been anything of the sort. Our friends called the desk at the time of the "drill" and no one was on duty to answer the phone. The technician said that the problem with the lift was one which they were having difficulty fixing, and that our "drill" had been one of many. Being, therefore, lied to did not enhance our opinion of the management.

Review 38：We were awakened at 5:55am, as was the entire block where we stayed, by a fire drill alarm triggered by a faulty elevator, or so we were told by a technician called in to repair said elevator. No one was pleased with the interrupted sleep!
