Review 1：Best Western quality very evident at this property. Accommodating, professional and friendly staff. Very clean property. Did not use pool, but everything else excellent. Large, comfortable breakfast room with good choice.

Review 2：The hotel was a little older. There are newer options if that's your thing, but we like a mature, established place.

Review 3：Able to travel to Zion Bryce and North Rim from Kanab. Interesting little town, no overcrowding this time of year. No tourist gouging.

Review 9：Friendly check in. Parking very close to room. Upper floor near stairs but no significant noise from walkway. Good location in town close to all facilities, especially Rocking V restaurant [make a reservation!]. Complimentary breakfast was good quality and varied selection.

Breakfast service inattentive to what needed to be replaced, broken pancake maker, worst scrambled eggs ever. Shower grungy and bugs up from drain in am.

Review 23：The staff was super friendly, including maids. Having breakfast was a plus. Though the room was small, it was just right for me. Everything on the property was very clean.

Review 24：Nothing in particular. Shower / toilet were a little cramped, but wash basins were in the main part of the room which helps when two people are trying to get themselves ready in the morning. An in-room safe would be a helpful addition.

Review 25：We used this as a base for visiting Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon nth rim. Located in a good part of town, walking distance to restaurants etc. Reasonable size room. Pool and spa are well maintained. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff were very accommodating in allowing us to modify our booking halfway through our stay.

Review 26：Unfortunately my room wasn't serviced the last 3 days, except for new coffee packs. Really?? The front desk said that sometimes that happens when they're really busy. ????!!!! Also, there's no microwave, just a fridge. I wish there was a comfortable chair to sit in. Only a dining type chair and the bed. Bummer.

Review 32：Very noisy as room faced directly onto main highway and there was also heavy plant machinery operating across the road resulting in excessive noise and vibration. Half of the hotel was undergoing noisy and dusty refurbishment which made the spa virtually unuseable. Sound levels from other guests above and in hallway seemed excessive too.

Review 33：The room allocatted was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. Kanab is a quiet town with limited good eating opportunities.

Review 37：At 2:30 AM a tow truck came into the parking lot near our room and unloaded a car and then loaded another car from the parking lot onto the bed of his truck. My wife and I heard the noise that a truck makes for a warning when backing up twice. We then thought we heard the dumping of gravel twice but it was chain of the unloading and loading of the cars . This went on for half an hour or more. I asked the front desk at checkout what noise was during the night.

My wife and I (retired couple), were sent to the upper floor of a building in the back of the lot without an elevator, and no parking within a 1/2 a city block, while bus loads of younger people flood the bottom floors being rowdy half the night!

Review 41：1 - no Wi-Fi !! It simply never worked! The front desk staff washelpless when I called and complained about wi-fi quality.2 - When we arrived, the first thing we discovered the AC was not working. It was not blowing cold enough air and it would suddenly shot down. The front desk sent a technician and the unit was replaced within 1 hour. The only problem was that the replacement unit also would shot itself down down while on Low or High (not on Auto). The next day they were nice enough to replace that unit as well. However it did not solve the problem. The unit would only work in Auto mode (while I need it to be blowing constantly otherwise I have trouble sleeping). The front desk lady was aggressively pushing back telling that this is the only way it'll work, that I should keep it at 62 degrees setting not lower and not higher... Well, I don't think I'll be staying at this motel ever again. I do not like the idea of being told that to keep the AC settings the way I don't feel comfortable. Anyway, we ended up sleeping with the door open. 3. People are allowed to smoke (they have ashtrays all around)

Review 44：This is a very well run Best Western. Everything seemed to run smoothly and as expected. The breakfast was top-notch every morning. We stayed at this property while volunteering at the nearby Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Would highly recommend the Rocking V Café for dinner. . .just across the street!
