Review 1：Experience was great! Thought this location was the downtown NYLO with the scenic pool on the roof. Cold weather made outdoor patio out of the question, so would have given 10/10 rating if there was an indoor hot tub.

Review 3：The bar is two expensive we had like 4 shots an two drink an it came out to be 80 bucks....makes you wanna go some where else in drink....butt at times when your driving all day u really just want to go to the bar an get a drink for reasonable price. but overall great place will be back

Review 5：The 50.00 per night hold policy is a manipulative attempt at upselling that backfired with me. I didn't spend one red cent in that place other than my room charges. The manager and the night desk man were super annoying with no sense of customer service. And NO they don't have a shuttle!

Review 25：The floors in the rooms make the look unfinished and dirty. But they have rugs so it wasn't too bad. The shower design allowed water to easily over-flood and spread a little outside of the shower area.

Review 31：The air conditioner in our room would. It maintain it's temperature. We were there in early March so it was not barely in the 70's outside. I literally was up and down 7 times on the night to turn the fan back on that kept shutting off so we could stay cool. Solely for this reason I will not stay here again. Our trip was. It as enjoyable due to the fact of lack of sleep because our room would not stay cool.

Review 33：The evening staff at "The Loft Restaurant" was overly rude. The service was horrible, I am an African American and I didn't know if my race played a factor but their were several others that complained as well that were AA. The front desk manager had to comp me a night because of the horrible service. Housekeeping was an issue, the other issues were the firepit wasn't on and the heated pool was not very heated although we did take a deep in it and the hot tub pool was broke at the Las Colinas location. I was ready to tell 10 people how bad the customer service was but I decided not to, I love this hotel and I do intend on booking a stay quite often this year. Caleb is the GM there and I never got a chance to tell him about the horrible service my guest and I received.

Review 35：The property was not your "typical" hotel. The décor was fun and modern kind of swanky. The atmosphere was great. There was a Lounge bar and restaurant as well as a sushi bar. Two heated pools and great outdoor area as well as a really neat library. The beds were super comfortable. my Friend and I had a great time.

Review 46：Staff "greeted" me with a face of "you don't belong here". Sure, I had been up for 13 hours at that point, on the road driving for 12 of that. Khaki shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes must not be the "norm" in this place. Not really fond of the all concrete decor of the place.....only stayed here as a recommendation of the business I was visiting. In the end, next trip - I'll stay somewhere else.

Review 104：There are no tubs in the hotel! Great location, but not a lot to do within a 10 mile radius other eating at restaurants or visiting a spa. Wool have to venture out a little further to enjoy other attractions. Rooms are pretty bright in the morning for those who like to sleep in...recommend bringing eye masks!

All concrete so noise reverberated around the room making the air conditioner very noise. Motion controlled light came on as soon as you got out of bed. Turning bathroom light on lit up entire room. Tough if your partner was still trying to sleep. Obviously designed by someone who doesn't travel much.

While I personally did not have any issues, I witnessed multiple people the night we stayed who were given ridiculous excuses and have great problems while trying to dine in the Loft by the staff. Maybe some training in customer service for your employees would be beneficial? As wonderful as your facilities are, a complacent or even pretentious staff can bring down an amazing place very quickly.
