Review 1：Housekeeping didn't speak or understand English. Ice machines didn't work. Couldn't find a comfy temp for room it was either too cold or too hot.

Review 3：There were people outside in the parking area screaming loudly through the night it was very hard to sleep. Also the sink was messed up.l and we thought we were getting a room with a fridge and microwave but that was a misunderstanding

Review 4：It was a decent place to stay for a night to lay your head but I think some of the facilities such as the sinks in the rooms should be updated as well as people around the area monitored. I really loved the beds they were super comfy !

Review 22：There was not fridge in my room and only one ice dispenser at the 1st floor. I saw another but was broken. Room service forgot to put regular towels in the room, I called to the lobby and the person there (Sat 5/16 4:30 pm) said that he was going to bring the towels and he did not do it. After 8pm when I went personally he said we went and knocked but it sound like an excuse because I was in the room working in the laptop at 6 feet of distance from the door in a very quiet room. They charged me more money because there was a safe box in the room that I never activated, and of course never used.
