Review 3：The receptionist didn't like that we had booked though Booking. Weasked for a low floor as my wife can't use lifts. Her response wasthe 4th floor and said your not getting a lower floor at the price youpaid. Very rude uncaring staff.

Review 5：Having arrived for an over night stop we found the restaurant was fully booked. I was advised on booking that the underground parking had a height restriction of 1.8mtrs (ie my 4x4 would not fit) and the closest we could park was some distance away at the railway station. It seems most of the roads anywhere near the hotels are closed to traffic in summer. At check-in we asked to look at the garage and found that in fact that the height was at least 2.0 mtrs and there for were able to park at the hotel and not drag our luggage on a 15 min trek.
