Review 1：Air conditioning turned off during October half term week

Review 2：Hotel was very clean and stylish. Rooms were cleaned every day. Children were kept entertained by great entertainment staff. Good variety in restaurant for both Adults and children

Review 6：We very much appreciated the support of the staff (reception, cleaning, swimming pool). The buffet has a wide variety of dishes. The WIFI in the room is excellent. Fine to have opportunity to make coffee and tea in the room. Superb view from the room's balcony (sea). Nice, clean resort, much better than another 4-star resort (Yasmine, Hammamet) we stayed the week before.

Review 7：The ac is always off even though its sunny and very hot , I kept sweating and unable to sleep except at night And also no private beach the beach is little bit far and not sandy Room service after 10 is very poor , I ordered chicken sandwich that was too bad i couldn't eat it all , also room service breakfast wasn't delicious

Review 9：- There was no baby change facilities for babies and toddlers. - Indoor swimming pool had flaking paint on tiles on the floor and some sharp edges which were dangerous for children. - There was no air conditioning in the room, we were told it was winter for Tunisia so it was switched off, it would have been nice to have a choice as our room was really really hot even with the patio doors open.

Review 14：I am muslim and my wife sisters and mum like to swim in the pool with the hijab swiming uniform which Not permited by the hotel regulation and swiming pull requirements. Also the beach was little bit far from the hotel location which you need to walk a bit when you come out of the pool or hotel front yeard.

This one was the best starting from the warm welcoming staff and professional reception, food was nice with lots of options. The dining tables inside and outside were perfect. Th swimming pools and the sunbathing beds are amazing.. The variety of activities distinguish this hotel from the others; they do Zumba, youga,Aqua aerobics, water hand ball...a lot more The package price was reasonable for a full board stay. Our trip wouldn't be as great if we hadn't stay in this hotel.

My friend and I have had two bad experiences with two waiters in different locations the same day. They will wait till you arrive to the reception and then call you and show you the money asking you to complete the amount. It's a very poor strategy !

Hotel is modern chilled out and clean. We will be coming back, it changed our view of tunisia. The town it's self is very clean to that of others we visited on our trip. Review 51：I have booked a single room, but the bed was not a double bed. it was two single beds combined together. when I asked to change the room, they answered me that most of the single rooms in the hotel are like this.

Review 53：Le Sultan is an excellent family-friendly hotel with a superb children's playground and great staff to entertain the little ones. The hotel has beautifully kept gardens and is right on the seafront with wonderful views of the Mediterranean.

Review 70：We didn't like the lack of explanation on what exactly did half and full board meant because it means more than an extra meal at lunch time, snack and drinks were also included, an all inclusive category would have been more appropriate. And prices for drinks were 4 times higher than could be bought at the local outlets. The beach towels were given only after a deposit at the reception desk, then the quest to find the person with the towels. Ridiculous. Lastly, the hotel shouldn't allow people to claim chairs/lounges by putting towels or other items on them for the day. Leave chair, lose it. There were unoccupied lounge chairs all over e place but they had towels and other items. Some were like that all day long. People are just selfish and really don't care about anyone but themselves. The hotel should. Not allow this behavior.

Review 71：The staff was helpful and appeared to enjoy working there. The hotel was comfortable, clean and modern. The food was of good quality and there was plenty although the replenishment of certain items could have been quicker. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Review 72：WLAN doesn't work properly Towels for the beach need money - 10 dt.- if you stay a week you pay over 1000 dt. - so why 10 more for towels? Muslim women are not allowed to swim in burkini in the pool - this was only said at reception not on the booking site !!!
