Review 1：The bed was horrible. Too soft, couldn't move and difficult to get out of. I slept most of the night on the floor. Wouldn't let you take breakfast to your room. Very small breakfast as it was.

Review 3：Dirty. Rude and unhelpful manager. Bullet shells in the parking lot. Smells like cigarettes and curry. I paid for two nights, I had to leave after one because I had my daughter with me. Very disappointed in booking.com and their mobile site.

Review 4：The staff was not friendly, breakfast was not good at all, dinning area was way to small. The room and hallways had a very funny smell.

Review 5：The room was big. That part was good. Location was good, close to shopping centers and food places.

Review 6：My room had not been cleaned from the previous guest, my sheets were spotted and dirty and there was blood on them! The room has no cups or mugs yet had a coffee pot that was dirty and still contained the used filter from the previous guest. When I called the front desk to complain , a housekeeping employee arrived and upon explaining to her and showing her how unclean my room was, she replied "I do not have time to clean it,its the end of my shift" I was already late for a meeting and left shortly after . Very disappointed in my stay and the staff at Arya and there will never be a second stay! Also for a non smoking room I could tell that someone had very recently smoked in my room!

Review 7：The room was not very clean. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed. There was pieces of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom floor. The closet door in my room was literally of the hinges. I set it on the wall. Need to invest in some repair and renovation.

Review 12：The staff to be more friendlier towards Americans we had a situation disregards to payment and staff wasn't very understanding it wasn't like we wanted free stay but they didn't care and that's not typically where we look to spend our money we didn't feel welcomed.The housekeeping was awesome.

Review 13：They reserved my rooms on the wrong days..I arrived at the hotel and there were no rooms plus they wanted to give me a dirty room and I would just have to change my own sheets. That was just nasty all around and they didn't even want to give me a discount or some kind of credit.

Review 15：The overall appearance was verging on disgust. It was a cheap place tostay, but there was no pride taken in the appearance of the property. Iguess you almost get what you pay for.

The air conditioner was not working properly so the staff was friendly enough to exchange the room but then the room smelled like mildew probably from the carpet in the hall way in front of the room was saturated with water. Most of the white towels were dirty and the seat of the chair in the room was very spotted that I couldn't believe that it would in the room. Knowing the dirtiness of this place I was afraid to sleep in the bed Thank goodness this was only one night.

Review 21：Nasty and very fifty hotel! I have never seen like it. The beds are old with colors old bed sheets with wholes on it. I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there. They showed me 4 different rooms and still I could not spend the night there. Someone really need to go check that hotel because that's really not acceptable for an hotel.

Review 23：My son wet the bed and I told housekeeping. They said they only clean rooms on Monday's Wednesday's and Friday's. The toilet was leaking, the bathroom smelled of mold, you could smell smoke and weed all night long. People were beating on other people's room doors.

Review 24：I requested non-smoking room. The elevator reaked of odor and hallway smelt like smoke even though 2nd floor had no smoking signs on doors. The bedding had a cigarette burn, the decor didn't match photos, the hotel made me very uncomfortable. It felt like "Bates Hotel". Dirty q-tip in the corner of the room, overall felt dirty. Stayed for about 15 minutes and had to leave. My sister-in-law kept coughing and is allergic to cigarette smoke.

Review 26：WiFi wouldn't connect even though the front desk had reset it, and then once it did, it was so slow it was easier to just use personal data from my phone. The room felt completely dirty. We moved the couch to see how a pull out would work and saw that it basically.had never been moved. There was so much stuff under there. The room smelled unpleasant and did not have a kitchenette like it said it was supposed to. the ground level floor looks like it had been upkept but going up didn't look so put together.

Review 28：The room was so nice for the price. Awesome. We live in another town insouth tTexas and if your from down south you know why we drive 3 1\2 hours to Dallas every week to work . But would never trade the down south life in the hill country for nothing. So we work 3 days a week here and love our lives down home for 4days . Its very hard to find a place that's quality for a good deal. This is it check it out. Christian.....

Review 29：By far the dirtiest place I have stayed. there was urine stains on the bed the frist night. Cigarettes in the window sill in a non smoking room. It had a bad smell in the entire hotel. They say you get what you pay for. I felt dirty the entire trip. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Review 30：Jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Room smelt awful. Over priced. Cigarette burns all over the jacuzzi. Couldnt walk barefoot without getting stickers on my feet. I would never go back there.

Review 31：I would say this is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Multiple things were advertised but nonexistent. The wifi never connects. I let my phone try for multiple minutes to no avail. I'm currently preparing for a half marathon so I made sure to choose a hotel with a gym. This "gym" was nothing of the sort and was simply being used as a storage facility for Clorox, Cheerios, etc. the bedroom looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Neither does the bathroom. The bathroom had very gross buildup and the "breakfast" was cold muffins and the juice machine didn't work. This was horrible

The continental breakfast was far from continental...I would never stay at this chain again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Review 77：I have made a reservation for a king suite with sofa. Upon arrival frontdesk staff didn't know that I had a reservation she had to contactsomeone else she didn't even know the type of room I had requestedwhen I mentioned it to her. She told me that they didn't have thattype of room all they had was a king with a jacuzzi. I advise her that Ineeded the sofa sleeper and she gave me the look like "What did youwant me to do?" She was not accomodating whatsoever didn'treally care she gave me the look of oh well.. I took the room and had tosleep on the floor in order for my kids to sleep in a bed. The sheetswere filthy and the towels were stained. We had to go get clean sheetsand In the morning I had to go get new towels because I wasn't orneither my kids were going to shower with brown stained towels. Uponcheck out I had to wait for more then 15 minutes the counter wasunattended with no note or sign whatsoever advising the guest anything.I had to go get a Housekeeper to go look for the front desk attendant.She went looking for her the front desk attendant and she finally cameout of a room. I advise her of the the problems that I encountered uponcheck in including the sheets and the towels and all she said was thatthey were short on staff with housekeeping. And I advised her that Iwould be making a complain because there is absolutely no excuse for thetowels and linen to be so dirty like they were. She gave me a look ofwhat do you want me to do.. But never bother to apologize.
