Review 1：The beds were not comfortable or supportive. The cottage was not insulated, so you could hear the highway and the neighbors talking on their porch. The toilet would kick on and run every 30 minutes and the due to the insulation, the window heating/cooling unit would kick on and off every 20-30 minutes. It was just difficult to sleep due to all the factors.
Review 2：The amenities were nice. The events and the indoor pool were great. The outdoor pool was fantastic, but it was too late in the year to really utilize it.
Review 3：The front office staff was absolutely horrible, except for the one lady that happened to be African American. The rest were the worst I have seen or encountered in a very long time.

Review 18：The wifi was a little slow and would go in and out depending on the number of users. But with today's technology wifi is not always needed. And only a minor issue compared to all the great amenities this place has to offer.
Review 19：This was a great place to stay. The cottages felt just like home away from home, the grounds were perfect, great pools, great staff. Location was terrific, not far from San Antonio, the rivers, downtown New Braunfels. I will definitely come again. Much better than staying in a hotel.

We had two different cabins because we decided to stay an additional night and wanted to get something that would fit our young kids better (no stairs). They were very kind and helped us out. We loved this place.
Review 23：Hot tub needed repair. Bedrooms were too tight. Had to close the door to open the built-in dresser behind it and the closet door would not fully open because it hit the bed.

Review 30：“Beware of VERY LIMITED wi-fi" The wi-fi is a reasonable speed until you hit 720mg in any rolling 24 hr period. That is less than one twenty minute episode of the Big Bang theory on netflix! After you hit the 720, it reduces your speed to 56k, which is basically useless. I called the network provider last night and could not buy more time/speed. So I am writing this from Starbucks! I am not here for the resort, I am looking for work and this is a huge inconvenience for me. THE LIMITED WI-FI SHOULD BE ON THEIR BROCHURE SO THAT I COULD HAVE MADE AN EDUCATED DECISION. That said, the room is big enough for one, no sink in the bathroom (use the kitchenette sink). Clothes hangers above the microwave (yes), but I don't care about that. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. TV very good. I would've rated this four stars but the hassle with the Wi-Fi has caused me to give it only two.

Review 43：well when turning down our bed we found a flea under the sheets and we didnt bring and animals so we slept on top of the covers and I called and left a message and they didn't return our call. then the next day we was gone all day. no phone call and when we came back my husband gave turning down the sheets another try and we found a spider. so we slept on top of the sheets again.

There was that enormous room but no big table, actually no table at all was indoors and we wanted to play at night.

They turned a potentially bad situation into a win! They cabins are clean, cozy and comfortable. The resort amenities were great for the kids, too. We plan to come back next year!
Review 51：The AC was a little bit too noicy, but we got used to it (and really apreciated it in these hot Texan days and nights). There were small "aggresive" ants on and around the table outside; had to "fight" a bit but we still enjoyed eating outside :)

I was able to relax, and the best thing it was convenient to all areas of New Braunfels and still quiet and mellow, staff were great whole experience was a good one and will definitely recommend it.
Review 103：Upon arriving, I asked if there were any larger cottages because my brother and sister were interested in sharing a place. The staff was immediately accommodating, and found a larger cabin where all of us could stay. The cottage itself was very clean, and my other family members, who had reserved a hotel room 5 minutes away began to express regrets that they had not booked a cottage of their own. Excellent staff! I called in a maintenance request, and someone drove up only 5 minutes later, on a SUNDAY! I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to my friends. It has all the amenities a person would want for a overnight or a month-long stay.

The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Review 120：The "queen" cottage. It consisted of a bed, tiny bathroom, and minimal kitchen facilities. However, the staff moved us graciouslly to a larger cottage.

Also, loved the porch!!!
