Hard to understand , Told me 10 minutes for cab and almost twenty and had to be somewhere within a half hour, Also They only shuttle on to airport. Not convenient. Review 9：Room was quite small- bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, the suite area really couldn't handle more than 2 people comfortably. Pillows were very small- definitely smaller than standard size and I wished I had brought my own. Wi-fi was slower than my service at home. No card access from side doors meant we had to walk all the way around to the front of hotel even though limited front parking meant we parked on the side.

Review 11：Shuttle service is a disaster. I was told it would collect me within 30 minutes but it took an hour, ad Inwas the first person to be collected!! Journey to hotel from the airport took 1.5 hours including the wait, crazy considering the hotel is about 3miles away!!!!!

When I said something to front desk about it not working maintenance came to look at it with I guess the owner but had no intent on fixing it so did other things instead. Then at breakfast there was all kinds of bugs, looked like nats flying under the lid where the bread and bagels are kept. Really nasty

Review 51：Plastic cutlery and plates for B/F thought it let the hotel down. wifi was also down for the two nights which Caused problems for me as my family were concerned . Felt that considering the dust, the noise a little pricey as alterations were going on. I know it advises you that there is an upgrade going on but everywhere was dusty. And one kept bumping into the work men who we're helping themselves to food and drinks in the breakfast room. Not very hygienic.

Review 54：Good for an overnight transit stop at DFW Airport. Conveniently close to airport, free shuttle. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has a small 'convenience store' of basic goods, which is useful because there seems no other place to buy food and drink in the area.

Review 55：The location, it's from and everything and anything and if do not have a car it's difficult to get around. It lacks amenities, especially an onsite restaurant for lunch/dinner. No one to help with luggage.

Review 63：I found you a good reasonably priced hotel (opposite to the LA place where extra costs like tourist advice were added to my bill (twice). A bit rough on a solo occupant who has already had to pay the same room price as a double.

Review 70：Instructions for pick up by courtesy shuttle were confusing. There wereno restaurants close by - only a hamburger joint. Also, after travellingfor over 12 hours we were tired and hungry and anxious to get to ourhotel. The courtesy shuttle driver forgot our stop. So instead of beingthe 1st drop-offs in an overloaded van of 17 people we were the last.
