Review 1：Ask for extra pillows she said they had none, no face cloth's Old t.v picture had a lot of snow in it, (come to find out the night clerk lied they did have lots of pillows. Non smoking area walking down hall way smelled weed,when I told the night clerk she giggled and said she would check it out.This is the 2nd shilo I stayed in and will not stay in another one.

Review 10：Need better parking. Trucks and trailer taking 2 spots. Or people taking 2 spots. Went to the gas station to park over there like the front desk person told us to and he came out and told us if we parked there we would be towed.
Review 11：First room looked dirty and air conditioning did not work. Moved to another room and pull out bed was completely not usable. Additionally, there were no pillows for the pull out.

Review 14：Facility was dirty, stained carpet in room, bathroom door would not close, knob missing in shower. Stained pillows. 87% of rooms in Boise were booked. There is a reason that this place still had rooms. Yuck!!!

Review 50：The room was dirty, the bedspread was dirty and had visible hair on it. No mattress pad. Room not cleaned daily. The key card had to be rekeyed several times to get it to work. The breakfast area was filthy! Not cleaned, dirty tablecloths, food spilled and not cleaned up, very poor selection of food items.
Review 51：Housekeeping was horrible. Didn't vacuum our room, came back andonly one bed was made? Tub was not cleaned, counter around sink inkitchenette not wiped down. Also, breakfast area was filthy! Mini fridgethat had milk in it for the cereal had not been wiped down for a longtime. Had dried crusted spilled milk in the bottom. Was reallydisgusting.
