Review 1：The room (129) needs some cosmetic work. Painting the new sheetrock in the bathroom needs done.

Review 3：The entire room was not up to what anyone would expect as the lightfixtures were broken, bulbs burned out, was told by office worker Icouldn't have any company after 10 pm despite I had rented the roomw/ a friend & his 2 small children so my friend & his 2small girl's stayed outside in the cold night in their vehicle bc hewas to afraid of getting me kicked out of the room. When I booked I said2 or 3 adults and 2 kids. It was a nightmare and I wish I had complainedright after we left but got super busy so I am sure a credit or a fullrefund is out of the question since it was end of last month orbeginning of Nov. No breakfast no service not worth the 56 plus tax andfees I had paid. Door locks felt as if anyone could break in & oh yathe office guy almost just gave my friend's unstable wife a key tomy room when she just showed up but bc she didn't no my last namethe office guy didn't give her a key to let herself in & what ifhe had given her a key? All our belonging's would have been stolenand it would have put my "BUDGET" into the ground!!

Review 4：shower didn't work, reported it to staff, they did nothing, while i waited, then were nasty about my delayed departure -- I was waiting for the shower to be repaired. non-smoking room reeked of cig smoke

Review 6：The pillows were tiny and there were some obvious issues (the bathroom fan was terribly loud, there were water stains on the walls and floors etc but for the most part it was acceptable.

Review 7：It seemed small but had a long dresser, tv, microwave, mini fridge and dressing area; it was fairly nice.

Review 14：The front-desk attendant would not take my reservation over the pone and asked that I show up in person to reserve a room. I reviewed on booking.com instead and saved $2.00! This property has some weekly residents and attracts all kinds of people...However, due to its location it is very safe.

Review 15：Quick check-in. Laundry facilities on-site. Great on-site restaurant! Generally Boise's least expensive option, I have stayed hear several times over the years. Close to downtown.

Review 16：This time the bed was so lumpy and it fell to the middle. My child and I shared a bed and we fell to the middle and I finally had to sleep at the end of the bed.

Review 18：The bathtub in my first stay was not clean - the ceiling above was damaged and plaster had fallen into the tub. The refrigerator in my second stay was set too high and froze all the left overs I put in it.

Review 20：The staff was very accommodating to me. I had booked the wrong dates online and was told I would not be refunded, but when I got in touch with the staff they were very gracious to change the dates with no loss of money for me. It was also convenient to all the places I needed to go.

Review 23：The queen room was old, in need of repairs in the bathroom, and there was a syringe in the parking lot next to my car. It did not inspire feelings of being in a safe place, but it was one of the few places that weekend that was not full, or more than $200 per room.

Review 24：Convienent to downtown. The king room was updated, and remodeled with a very comfortable bed and small but adequate bathroom.

Review 25：Where to begin. We'll there was a mix up with our room so when we called to straighten it out, the staff was extremely rude. They did finally fix what room we were in. One we got up there, the receptionist was just as rude because she recognized the name. When we got in our room, it was awful. It was a non smoking room, but it stunk like stale smoke. We have a toddler and this was another issue, the door handle was low enough that any child who can stand, could pull it open. Plus there was only one lock and it was right by the handle so even if we locked it, he knew how to open it. The hotel doesn't offer cribs, which would've been nice. The bathrooms were disgusting. All the outlets would spark if you plugged anything in. And the phone in the room doesn't work. In the morning when we were getting ready, housekeeping just walked right in, didn't knock or anything. I was in the middle of getting dressed, thank goodness I was behind our stack of luggage. It was awful, hated this hotel. We thought with it being in the middle of Boise, that it would be a little nicer. Yeah its cheap, but a piece of advice, spend a little more to go to a different place.

Review 27：Felt dingy and unclean. Ice machine wasn't working (101 degrees outside). Easy to hear the neighbors.

Review 29：Rooms smelled horrible. Paid for two non smoking rooms and got one. The smoking room smelled like a big ash tray. Did even use it. The other room just smelled awful. Pretty sure this inn is more accustomed to renting rooms by the hour. Staff took opportunity to enter our rooms when we were gone. Wouldn't recommend this inn for prison use. That would fall under cruel and unusual punishment.

Review 31：The room was infested with little crawly bugs. And there were flies in the windows. The ac didn't work and it was 92 the day we were there. The front desk clerk was grouchy and the bed was really hard. The door looked like it had been kicked in.

Review 35：All of this place, smelt, dirty, bathroom facilities gross and crawling with Ants. A rip off could not even get a coffee as blocked filter with grime. Avoid.

Review 37：The pictures on the website of the room, which we used to base out decision on when booking, are not accurate. At least not the room we received, and from what we saw through open doors of other rooms we walked past ours was not the exception. The picture showed a modern/updated room with laminate wood floors and some degree of modern style. The room we actually got was carpeted in a dark dated green, had old light fixtures with the large one in the room an actual florescent tube style that had bent and damaged metal casing. Our room was designated non-smoking (NS on the door) and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke in certain areas (we are not smokers). ON the bottom floor, our curtains wouldn't shut together in the middle all the way, leaving a gap that prevented real privacy. I eventually forced it to overlap enough to stay closed, though I could have easily broken it (I didn't) in the attempt. The bathroom door was actually broken, the bottom hinge completely stripped away from the frame, and so you couldn't close the door, or you had to work to align the bottom hinge just so and then use some shoulder muscle to finagle the door to shut all the way. The tub and toilet were brownish-greenish-mustard colored and dated. The shower controls (no tub plug for a bath) were backwards and I scalded myself three times with the boiling hot water that came out before figuring out how to get it to cold. **I am glad we did not have children with us who may have been scalded from taking their own showers- I don't know what the regulations are in Idaho for water temperatures (in WA it is 120 degrees) but the water temperature was clearly way above that and not at a safe setting. The ceiling above the shower was sloppily patched from some old plumbing repair issue and had black mold growing on it (we have pictures). The one washcloth we received in the room had a hair in it.

Review 38：The bed was fairly comfortable and clean. The room had a newer full size mini-fridge. Bathroom toiletries- shampoo, soap- were included. There was a flat-screen TV and basic cable.

Review 39：We had a ant problem in are room they kept getting in are food and my dogs food and we went and told the manager and they told us there was nothing they could do that it was mothers nature problem and they weren't going to do nothing about it. Then there was a drug deal that went down right in front of our room and I had a young child with me.

Review 41：When first arriving we wanted to check in around 8 am. We had requested this when booking the room online. We were told we had to come back afternoon,check-in wasn't until 12 pm. Then when checking in my husband asked for a room downstairs because he has multiple operations on his left foot and the guy said if he didn't want the the upstairs room he could go somewhere else. The office staff was not friendly at all and very arrogant.

Review 51：After crashing out my wife awoke to terror. The bathroom was missing a toilet paper roll, and worse there was something on the wall. Upon trying to clean it she discovered her linens were filthy as well. Our other room was in top quality, but this soured our experience. The staff did provide a quick refund, but it would have been better to never had happen. As far as pet friendly... Not really. The only grassy area was a 10x10 foot dead and muddy area.

Review 53：The day before I registered the cost was $5 less than when I registered. I am on a fixed income and hard pressed for money. I attended a funeral and requested the $45 rate be given to me in previous comments. I never heard anything back on that communication. So, it is my opinion that you are just looking for positive comments to try and prop up Budget Inn.

Review 59：Office staff wasn't available in the middle of the night when banging was keeping me awake. My shower turned into a bath when the tub had an extremely slow drain. The property could use a little t.l.c. for a minimal amount my room could have been made to look a lot more presentable! Light bulbs,drain-o, a few from pieces that were missing so that the wall and floor were't exposed, and touch up paint. Great improvement!

Review 61：This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, new looking and spacious. We've been on the road for about 6 weeks now and have stayed in all sorts of places and the shower here was by far the best! I'd definitely recommend this place.

Review 64：They charged me for my reservation even though I cancelled it a month in advance on their web site and emailed them when I got the confirmation that told me I would be charged anyway.Then they called to tell me I needed to let them know when I was arriving on the date of the reservation that I cancelled and had confirmed. A terrible way to run a business. I won't be staying at any Budget Inn after this.
