Review 1：No fridge or microwave in room. No designated pet area outside for potty. Ihop management.

Review 3：I have stayed at this facility at least a hand full of times I am not from the area and travel over 7 hours to get there but I find that there is no consistency. I have always arrived early for check in and only once was I charged an additional fee of 20.00 This particular time they attempted to charge 50.00 with no real reasoning behind it. No where is it posted what that fee is and when u reserve the room and place in the notes requesting early check in, there is no mention of a fee online either. On top of that the desk clerk that is there for 3rd shift was non engaging and lack customer service friendliness. Guy has no empathy

Review 14：The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable. When we asked for extrablankets to cushion the beds we were told we couldn't have anybecause they could not get a hold of the house supervisor. The bed hadbed bugs, I now have a rash from bed bugs. It's located in the hood.Someone was being arrested the first morning we got up in the lobby fordomestic violence. The second night there was a party so loud that wehad to call the front desk at 1am to get someone to quiet them down.(They didn't quiet down.) The toilet was broke the whole stay. Hadto remove the lid and jiggle the balloon to make it stop running. It wasjust awful.

Review 16：PIT BULLS! There were pit bulls throughout the hotel. Almost got attacked with my dog on the elevator. My dog is a small dog. I saw several pit bulls. The facilities were shabby and needed updated.

Review 24：I can only recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and always there when we needed them. A young man at the reception called Kaled was particularly kind. He helped me to print an important document and gave me lots of useful advice for my first stay in the US.

Review 26：The staff was excelent. Special appreciation to Khaled at the front desk who was very helpful in all of the many questions we had. We spent 7 nights there and we searched for a motel that would fit our needs. COMFORT INN LANDMARK was great.

Review 29：The one negative about our stay was that we checked in a day earlier and paid for that day separately. So when we went down to breakfast we told the desk clerk we needed to be checked out and back into our room...as the clerk the night before had advised us to do. Unfortunately when we returned to our room in the evening for the remaining 2 nights of our stay, our belongings had been removed...we had been checked out but not back in! Our belongings were retrieved from "lost and found" and returned to us. But we were already stressed out and didn't need the added issue.

Review 30：Comfortable and quiet accommodations despite busy location. We were entirely pleased with the amenities of the hotel, especially the hot breakfast at IHOP that was included in a really fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Review 44：This was a typical Comfort Inn with clean, comfortable, well appionted rooms. Estella at the desk was extremely helpful. It was nice to have free parking. Having IHOP next door was a plus. There was never a long wait for an elevator. Easy to find location.

Review 45：One staff in particular by the last name of cook was rude and disrespectful to me when trying to resolved a false charge. They charge me for a pet fee and I did not have a pet. The charge has since resolved.I felt disrespected by him. The other staff were very polite however.

Review 58：The door to room was bent and very difficult to open and close, the ac had duct tape on it holding it together. It was so loud you couldn't hear the tv which the picture on the tv was very blurry and static. Toilet didn't flush toilet paper or human waste. Sink was clogged.. The second night we where there a dump truck hit a power line which caused a power outage. There was no staff present except the housekeeper Che king in guest. Unbelievable !! The manager or gm should be fired.. The hotel was very run down and tired. I would never stay there again or refer this particular hotel.

Review 59：The I-Hop free breakfast was limited to two choices. The pool area was small and it was out of order one night during our stay. It closed to early. We were offered the use of the pool at the fitness center across the highway. There was one young lady shuttle driver who didn't seem to like her job. She was not very friendly, offered no assistance putting luggage in van when we arrived on the Metro ( didn't even get out of the van), yet when we arrived at the hotel she jumped out of van like she intended to help,but didn't help at all. One of the waiters in I-Hop didn't bother to explain the use of the free breakfast cards ( he knew we had them) and we had to pay for the breakfast. He was obviously deceitful and didn't care. A/C in room 221 was extremely loud. The safe in room 221 was unusable. We did call down to get instructions. It still didn't work. The Metro runs until midnight, but the hotel shuttle ended at 8:00 pm. Limits sightseeing.

Review 60：We loved the half hour pick up and drop off shuttle. We loved the front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful. All of the male, shuttle drivers were very helpful. Staff placed a refrigerator in our room because we stayed for several days. Like us, there were people visiting from all over the U.S.

Review 61：The rooms were amazingly small. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. We could feel and hear springs popping in the mattress as we turned over. The "free" IHOP breakfast cost us 15 dollars a day, even though we ordered less than we were allowed. Desk staff apologized but did nothing to refund the 45 dollars from the 3 night stay. This stay turned me off to Comfort Inn.

And the shuttle service they offer to the train station to DC was very, very good. Plus free breakfast in ihop next door. I recommend this hotel and will book again myself.

Review 65：We never got to use the pool b/c we spent all day sightseeing and didn't get back until after 7. The pool closed at 8.

Review 67：The available of a shuttle to go to the metro was great; however, having the last stop be at 8pm is a ridiculous time. The museums close at 5:30. When you add eating after the museum, walking forever to find a metro, and then having to ride the subway for 45 minutes or so to get to Van Dorn, 8pm makes way too early of a time for the last pick up.

Review 68：The comped breakfast at IHOP was fantastic. While the wait was sometimes a little long, it was so nice to have a restaurant breakfast every morning. My kids, husband, and I were very pleased with the breakfast.

Review 69：Do not disturb sign was left on door when not in the room due to not needing room cleaned for the day. When returning later in the evening towels and wash cloths were missing from the room with no clean towels left to replace the the ones removed. We were told that there was no way that staff entered our room but yet were short 3 out of the original 4 towels, 3 wash cloths, 3 hand towels and a towel for the bathroom floor. Totally not appropriate for staff to enter our room when asking to not disturb.

Review 71：Whole place seemed a bit run down, though the room was satisfactorily clean. The workers were pretty unfriendly though and the price was quite a bit higher than I felt it should've been for the product.

Review 82：It was my husband and myself and another couple. We had separate rooms. The first room my husband and I had smelled of cat urine. They very graciously changed our room not what we expected. The lobby wasn't air conditioned and the pool area also smelled. We were not aware that it was a pet friendly hotel from the listing on Booking.com. We were very pleased with our last booking but not this one. If we every book through you again it will be with great caution.

Review 99：The shuttle drivers never told us where they would pick us up at the Metro station (dropped off 3 times and nothing ever mentioned) when we needed to be pick up on Saturday it was bad. Took over 45 min. The driver should have never been driving a van with people in it. Really bad driving and he could not even figure out how to turn the AC on. One day he will cause an accident.

Review 108：I got stuck on the elevator for a couple minutes when the doors wouldn't open at the first floor. My girlfriend also stepped on a thumbtack when we first arrived in our room. The wifi was spotty at times.

I had a broken blow dryer and the bathtub leaked water under the bathroom door and into the room. It was also extremely noisy. One elevator was not working so you waited forever for it to come and they were putting new tiles on the elevator floor so there was constant loud banging I complained to the manager and he took a few dollars off my stay which was as high as a Hilton I will never go to a Comfort Inn again

Review 119：This is the worst hotel ever. I stayed at this hotel few times and wasn't the first time Am having problems. I stayed for a night the next thing I know I was charged $172 because the carpet was burned. I didn't smoke in the room, but they are trying to charge me for someone else's damage. I stayed at this hotel few years a go I asked the front desk agent I wanted to talk to the manager because he was rude and he told me he is the general manager. Really!!!! It's my fault for staying at the same hotel after that kind of experience, and it will never happen. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Review 120：No Cable Channels, No Fans in the bathrooms. I also wasn't crazy about the shady people hanging outside I HOP. Advertisement for free breakfast at IHOP and then hotel chooses what you eat was upsetting.
