Review 1：Very far from beach, centre, restaurants, malls and entertainments. Bad noise insulation. Noise from road and can hear everything behind the door. When check in upon arrival You have to pay cash deposit 2000 bat. When check out they charged me 1 200 bat for 4 dirty towels 300 bat each causing that the hotel have not own laundry service. Very strange!!! When asking at reception about motorbike parking the answer was - 300 bat per day. When check out there was no charge for statement. Crazy... Bed linen was change only once within week. There was no any wet floor cleaning (ceramic cover during 8 day staying. Bad hospitality! Cleaning staff knocked the door asking for cleaning while I put sheet "do not disturb". It should be given 2-3 stars not 4!

Review 3：Unfortunately the hotel is on the busiest street and all the rooms facing the street have serious road noise as does the outdoor pool area. If you decide on this hotel insist on a quiet room and be aware that there are next to no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The beach also can not be walked to from the hotel.

Review 4：The salt water pool and exercise room are nice with an adjoining shower. The hotel is near new and serves up a good breakfast array. The hotel offers a scheduled complimentary shuttle service to the beach and downtown attractions.

Review 6：The hotel is very modern almost if not brand new. Extremely clean too. Me and my husband travelled with family, 7 in total and we all loved it! Can't fault the hotel or staff, staff speak pretty good English and can't do enough to help you! The hotel isnt in the thick of Hua Hin which we were glad of as the town is lively. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the clock tower or the beach. Breakfast suits all Nationalities.

Review 7：Location on busy road. Front desk gets confused at times with non Thai speaking guests. A bit inconvenient to city center.

Review 20：In a hotel which calls itself 4star the lack of any balcony furniture is unforgivable. The temperature of our shower was impossible to regulate - dangerous if you were travelling with children. Although the pool itself was lovely there was only 4 sunsets .......and no room at all to put any more, the worst thing as far as we were concerned however was the slippery surface around the pool - this really needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Review 21：The room itself was lovely, comfortable bed and pillows, light and roomy. Swimming pool also pleasant. All the staff we met friendly and professional.

Review 27：Everything was very good. The hotel is brand new. Location a bit far out, but is no problem as there is a frequent free shuttle bus to and from the clock tower right in the centre of Hua Hin. The staff are superb, very helpful, happy and eager to please.
