Review 1：I didn't like a person took the umbrela leaving me at sun saying that place had a owner. It was so auwful. Because the price to rent a umbrela was 20 Barbados and I could pay latter.

Review 2：I liked the conforto, the security, the Pure Ocean, all the place, the shops, the apartment.

Review 3：We missed out flight to Miami and found this was the only place to get a room for one night. The woman at the reception was gracious and really helped us out!!!

Review 4：Gym not maintained, machines old and out of service. I missed many phone calls because there was only one phone in the bed room non in the living area and had to keep running to the room to get the phone which after a few rings went off.

Review 7：The bathroom had items that were left by the guest who was there before me. Empty shampoo containers, hairs and dirty footprints were visible and that was not resolved. The light and over head and fan in the room was non functional and every time I re-entered security at the gate treated me as If I didn't belong there instead of just asking for my name, room number, or room key. You can be secure and still provide some level of customer service. Also my room key was deactivated several times during my stay so at the end of almost each day I was locked out of my room.

Review 10：I had all I needed in my apartment to make my stay comfortable I like that this resort is environmentally conscious and makes effort to conserve the environment

Review 11：The decor is quite dated....woodchip not a good look in 21st century! Air con worked but very noisy. Shower needs updating as the water flow not brilliant.

Review 12：Location is superb. Right on Dover beach and in the doorstep of St Lawrence Gap. Ideal location for getting to and from other parts of the island and only a 30-min drive into Bridgetown.

Review 13：The staff at the beach restaurant were mostly incredibly slow and surly, refusing to respond to our polite requests for e.g. menus and bills. Two exceptions were the barman and one of the girls who always had a big smile (sorry forgotten the name). Result was that we stopped using the restaurant and went elsewhere.

Review 15：The Bajan Breeze restaurant and pool bar should be opened again to encourage guests to spend money onsite. There needs to be more organised activities within the complex with an eye to youth and younger people. More info about anything happening within the complex with regards to events guests might attend.

Review 16：The staff were wonderful. The rooms comfortable for middle class Barbados accommodation. We are pleased with the very few organised events like aquacise and the onsite small festivals.

Review 17：I was unable to check-in until the evening after arriving 9AM. The internet never worked. The gym lacked proper equipment or even a trainer to assist with using the equipment. The room also lacked amenities shown in the photos.

Review 20：The hotel needs a little upgrade. Things seem out of place, it's in need of paint, it just looks rundown. Missing covers for electrical outlets, old kitchen appliances etc. Bathroom shower curtain rod loose and shaky. Basically, what you see online is not what you get when you get there... Except the bedroom. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the on site store? Well, let's just say I walked to the supermarket instead.

Review 21：Seperate bedroom with an iPhone 5 or higher charging station and nice big flat screen, full kitchen (less an oven) great master bedroom bed, nice flat screen tv's. In a great location.

Review 24：1st room had no sliding door nor window lock nor safe. 2nd room had no bolted safe. 3rd room had above but bathroom had mold all over ceiling and throughout the tub area so bad it hurt my eyes. Found mouse droppings all on kitchen counter.

Review 25：Rooms were very large and we had a full kitchen. Front desk staff were very nice, friendly and efficient. All the grounds keepers and people at the restaurant were nice and pleasant. Nice to have dishsoap & coffee filters as part of kitchen.

Review 26：Excellent location! The most beautiful beach everrrr. Rooms have everything you need. Breakfast overlooking the beach each morning was the most perfect start of the day & the chef's are sooooo lovely& friendly. Perfect place for a perfect holiday

Review 27：Nothing to wash up with or wipe bath out i'm a clean freak so don't like leaving dirty dishes just sitting there. Restaurant was a bit pricey but the bed breakfast option was perfect. Some staff on front desk could have been a bit more friendly. There was a water cut one day and a wifi problem once but it was quickly sorted by their technical department.

Review 28：Lovely view, very comfortable bed, fridge freezer was excellent. Felt like my own apartment. Served breakfast til 10.30 which was great. Cook you eggs how you like them. Pool overlooking sea was great. Lovely entertainment, mini golf and swim up bar in the pool. Complimentary rum punch on arrival. Mini super market. Close to local buses meant this hotel was easy for getting around and friendly security made you feel safe. Dover beach is in front of this hotel and they give free loungers. Great beach. Loved it at Divi will come again.

Review 68：I did not like being given the run around to get the Room I requested, even after I showed my booking to the desk clerk from my iPad. I requested a Garden view room, king sized and was offered an Ocean view at the back of the Hotel, I had to tote my luggage on rugged cobble-like blocks,until I was too tired and had to return to the front desk, to find out why I was being sent to an ocean view when I requested a Garden view.I was recuperating from a Back surgery, no porters available and no one seem to care. A young dark skinned lady finally decided to assist me after the clerk with whom I spoke first, totally ignored me. I was very disappointed and was about to go elsewhere when I was encouraged to remain and was escorted professionally to the room I requested by the dark skinned young clerk. Some of the staff need a Course in Public relations. They must stop judging and assuming that the Guest does not know what they want, even after the Guest would have explained themselves. Stop pushing people around.

Review 69：The Room was spacious, cool and quiet, just what I needed to rest and recuperate.

Review 70：We had to ask to be moved as the garden view we requested was in fact 'car-park' view. The ground floor apartment was damp smelling and dark. No kettle, no frying pan, horrible shower curtain. When we moved to the 5th floor and 'pool-view' it was amazing.
