Review 1：There were small insects in the room. The room smelled like smoke, please don't look under the sink. Property is way overdue for a rehab.The TV and cable box are poorly connected to outlet and came unplugged the channel selections are not good we missed our NFL game.
Review 2：The parking lot was right next to a gas station. There is a good tai food restaurant nearby.
Review 3：Very out of date and the hotel does not thoroughly clean the rooms found lighters matches and drug paraphernalia in the side table.

Review 5：When I turned down my bed I noticed a blood stain on the sheets . I called the front rest to ask for clean sheets no one answered the phone .. The next day, I talk to the management about it he said he would fire the maid , he then hung up on me .. There was hair all over the bathroom floor that wasn't ours !

Review 7：The tv had no reception. The water pressure was bad in the shower. No plug outlets. No breakfast. Would not stay there again. The rating was higher than it should have been. They did have an old typewriter in the room. Got less than was offered.

Review 11：Toilet brush on walkway outside room doors. No effort to keep things clean inside or outside room. Breakfast was minimal. The beautiful fruit in the breakfast display was all plastic (not real). No place to sit down for breakfast. We went to Starbucks instead. Room had coffee pot, but no ingredients.
Review 12：the only thing that was not the best, which had nothing to do with the innkeepers, was a visitor was unruly but the innkeeper took charge of the matter and the situation was resolved within minutes. Thank you.
Review 13：the innkeeper was very accommodating and very polite. The room was so comfortable and loved all the plants. Anyone that wants a quite and peaceful visit needs to stay at this inn.
Review 14：Brrakfast area cramed. No space a poor slection. If were them i would make some space for a cereal area along with fresh fruites a nice fresh tea area and for updated coffee area. Offer muffins , bagles, yogert, and possibly frsh scrambled eggs and backcon for the guest. You have an upstairs so open that for seating along with extended tables on the patio for seating. Keep most of plants but update a few others. Love the green thumb but show it off with some nice big beautiful plants. Just food for thought.
Review 15：The hotel itsself was so cute! Very vantage like. its was nice to see a hotel with is own nique personality.
Review 16：Pilesof cigarette buts on the walk wsys. Broken down truck in the,small parking lot. The truck was on jack stands with the,transmission hanging down. People,sleeping in a tent on the property. The,pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. Not enough towels. No coffee was provided but they did provide a coffee pot.

Review 22：Continental breakfast is really a joke,bread is expired over a month, no cereal, no milk, no place to sit down. Ice maker is broken,only provides 1 roll of toilet paper. No fire safety instruction in place in every room. No phone directories no instruction on how to use it, no writing paper or pen. Not so clean either.

Review 27：Top to bottom comfort. The KING SIZE bed was as comfortable as ANY I've found in my 50 plus years of world travels. Quite and cozy.

Being refused breakfast at 8.45am when we were told breakfast went until 9.30am on check-in. Gentleman was very rude and 'ordered' us out of the breakfast area.

Review 50：Place is very old, not updated. No amenities in room, a/c very noisy and most of all the sheet were not clean, had stains that I was not sure what it was! Comforter had stains. So I will not close to return here, even tho the price is cheep. I guess you get what you pay for.

The front desk guy reminded me of Lurch on the old black and white tv show about monsters living in the neighborhood at an old scary house at the end of the street lol.. it was okay for the price I guess.. shame, it used to be so nice.

Review 54：They supply coffee pots in your room but no coffee. All the appliances were unplugged when we arrived. They could have plugged it in. The atmosphere was not very homey. I was not impressed. The pictures make it look better than what it was.

Review 56：In both rooms we were in, something kept biting us! Im not sure what it was but we would wake with new bites daily that itched really bad. In the first room, I seen no bugs however they moved us to another room to perform maintenance and in the new room there were crickets, beetles, fleas, roaches and the never seen (bed bugs maybe)? That kept biting us all over. Also in the new room, the beds were very uncomfortable, the refrigerator didnt work (they switched it with one from another room), the toilet leaked, the jets (that u have to pay $10.00 to use) leaked while the bath wasnt in use, you had to be careful with the sink knob or it would soak the counter top, most of the (several) lamps either didnt work or had no plugs. MOST OF ALL... not once but TWICE IN A ROW they double charged us!!!! When we booked the room, they of course had our card on file but my husband would go in personally, every Friday after work and would pay cash for a week. Well the first time... he went in and paid cash plus they charged our card (a total of $800.00) paid to them for 1 week! After my husband kept on them about it (they didn't know what he was talking about, no they didnt, they have to get their bank to check on it, etc) they did put the $ back on our card! HOWEVER, THEY TURNED AROUND AND DID IT AGAIN!!! This time saying no, no, no... I just put money on your card! We had proof in black and white and yet he wanted to continue with his, no, no, no. So.... we left! Counting our loss, we will NEVER return! Things can be fixed, bugs killed, etc. But to steal money from a family that was consistant, nice, patient, did NOT fuss or complain but continued to pay to stay there believing things would get better.... Hold on to your money and find another place!
Review 57：The location (convenient). The first room we were in had comfortable beds, no roaches, etc.

They changed our check out time a half hour earlier than stated on the site, then harassed us about whether or not we were going to stay another night or not, not even informing us of our new "check out time for discounted prices until 25 minutes after they started harassing us. The owner turned to violence and racism when we returned our key and told him his actions were bad customer service.

Review 60：everything. dirty, not safe for anyone, crackheads all around and drunkards. room was hot and had roach droppings...I left at midnight because it was disgusting and I feel like a lawsuit is coming on...anyone with health issues should avoid this place. fridge wasn't plugged in and smelled like fish...jet tubs...not working...I was a bundle of nerves upon arrival and it went downhill quickly!

Review 64：From the moment I showed up on site the staff was rude. The front desk person whom I assume was the owner was rude and snappy. He told me to get my license plate number now or he will tow my vehicle. I asked what was charged to my card for the room and he refused to tell me the rate. He said I will see it on my credit card statement. I just wanted to make sure it matched the terms I agreed to online. It did not. I was over charged by $30.00. My wallet and checkbook were stolen from my truck in the parking lot. They thought I accused them of doing it and were very rude about it. The only other person on site was an employee painting. This same painter spilled paint all over the place and while trying to clean it up got stuff all over my truck. The breakfast is nonexistent. Only served from 0630-0830 and it only consisted of. 3 bagels that were gone before I got there. There is a coffee pot in the room but you must bring your own coffee, filters and cups. I'm very disappointed in the rude behavior of the male desk clerk/owner. Next time I'll stay elsewhere.

Review 73：Traveling with my wife and our daughter and grand-kids in another room. Their room was two adults and two young children. Fold out bed for the kids the mattress was shredded and literally torn up. When daughter asked for a blanket for the kids she was refused. Son in Law had to go out and buy a blowup mattress and a blanket so the kids could sleep. Who could refuse a 5 and 9 year old a blanket?

Review 95：I don't think my room was cleaned before I checked in. It was very dirty. Bathroom had fresh throw up on the walls and tub and shower curtain. The room had a horrible smell. I was told it was a non-smoking room however there was an ashtray on the table and it smelled like smoke. When I told the front desk about the dirty bathroom he first said I would get a discount and then he let us use the shower in another room and never gave me a discount. Horrible stay, a waste of $100 and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend
Review 96：Very ran down. Asked for a non-smoking room when we booked. They gave us a smoking room. Went back to front desk gave us another room & the room smelled like mildew. Finally got a decent room but we were told it would be $20 more per night. Really? Facilities were horrible, you pay it. Could use a serious face lift. Our shower ceiling was dripping water and the ceiling was molded. Will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend this place.
Review 97：Rooms were dirty, old, and not well kept. The "breakfast" consisted of stale bagels, and the staff is not that friendly. Also I believe people lived there, kinda sketchy.

Review 99：Our room was dark and depressing and had much too much old furniture in it. There was no room for our bags but on the floor. The bathroom, while clean, was in poor repair. The toliet was wobbly and not even bolted to the floor. We had a room in the back corner and outside our room all sorts of junk, including used paint cans, was stored. There was no parking for handicapped drivers. The towels were very small, thin, and scratchy. The breakfast was a joke.

Review 101：Large pit bull dog in room next door. People sitting in cars outsidecussing and swearing. Room full of fleas and smelled mgmt willinglyswitched our rooms for a nicer cleaner one. Son stated it was a rent bythe hour hotel. Just like the old German look thought it would be cool.
Review 102：There is no room to park. The beds are not queen beds as they advertise. There was no breakfast as advertised. The headboard on the bed had wet stain on it and ruined my shirt and the owner said there was nothing they could do about it. They charged us for a pet and we didn't have one. We got charged for "extra" people when all we did was have some friends stop by that were staying at the hotel behind us. The maintenance man, and the maid were very nice and professional. The owners however, were very rude and don't know how to treat their guest.
Review 103：The 35 dollar charge for our dog. When I ask why I was told because they would have to clean the bedspread and furniture I said you mean you don't clean them unless someone has a pet. Our sheets had a few stains the room smelled of cigarette. But my pet was charged 35 dollars. I want be staying there again. The breakfast was over at 9:30 enemy tho I went down at 9:15. I rate this place on a scale from 1-10. A 5

Review 105：Man at the front counter was rude. Called me a liar and threatened to file theft of services when I simply wanted an explanation of the charges. After I paid and was walking out the door he starts yelling at me to get out. Wow? What a man he must have felt like. Room smelled musty, had to empty a full can of fabreze to be able to tolerate being inside the room. This is NOT a German run hotel, it is run by people that have zero hospitality. Had my daughter not been with me I would have preferred to sleep in my car. Will never be back, not even if I was being paid to stay here.
