Review 2：Staff from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance personnel were friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to provide assistance. Outstanding lounge and food. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center superb.

Review 3：They claimed they did not have our confirmed reservation and put us up next door at what they called there un-remodeled section which was a 'dump'. They were very strict about not letting you check in before 3 PM. The desk staff was unpleasant. The room was not very clean. lots of dirt behind nightstand. Hopefully we will not get bedbugs.

Review 4：We didn't like that the outlets next to bed didn't work. We didn't like that there was not an elevator and that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had to go to front desk to get ice. The bathroom is very small. There is no comfortable chair to set in.

Review 8：once my remote went out on the 2nd day it seemed as if the wheels were prepared to come off the wagon however the evening maintenance staff man was extremely thorough as he stayed until he was convinced that he had done all he could (and it proved to be sufficient) without overhauling the aged system. He then profusely reminded me to call for help if the problem returned. That's service!

Review 9：We stayed three nights. The first on a Friday was ok. We woke up to banging and drilling. The hotel was going through renovations, which was in the next room to us and several rooms next to us. The staff said the construction would be going in until 9pm. Ya think maybe someone could have mentioned this when we checked in. They moved us to another building , great a 2nd floor room which was the only room available (we were on the 1st floor which we requested because I have a bad hip.) with no frig or microwave.

Review 30：The floor was filthy, and in need of a deep cleaning! It made the bottoms of my feet black! The rest of the room was clean and nice. The first room we were given smelled like smoking, so requested another room. It was much better, except for the floor, of course.

I also was pleased with the price of the room. I thought it was nice that there was a hide-a-bed in the room. I loved it that there was no smell of smoke!! In most hotels even in non-smoking rooms there is some smell but since the whole hotel was non-smoking there was no odor.

Review 78：I emailed with them along the way as I needed to add another person and they took care of it, emailed me back and let my friend check in before we arrived. We were not there much of the time, but it had what we needed and that is what we were looking for. Three adult siblings shared it easily.

Review 82：As a disabled person, the staff was quick to offer assistance. My original room was in a building distant from the spa. When I asked if the spa was working because I need to use it daily, He changed my room in the same building as the spa for the same price. It was also near an outside door making easy to get to my car. The restaurant staff was very efficient and quick. I was able to enjoy my meal and still get to my meeting on time.

Review 83：The bed was the most uncomfortable of all my hotel stays ever! The mattress had a huge lump in the middle of it, so it was much more then just a hard mattress.

Review 91：The biggest problewithm was all the noise and kids running around the hotel screaming saturday evening and staff being unable to settle them down. The thumping of the bass from the music was also intolerable. I understand this is an on going problem nd happens often when a Quincinera is held at the hotel. Many of this who stayed there saturday night feel the hotel will need to decide if they want overnight guests or to host Quincineras or other such parties which staff can not control. The guests I talked to won't stay there again, my family likes the other things well enough we will give you another chance but if it happens again we will not. Parties like that require extra staff to keep them in their rented area and under control (The teens and the drunk adults). I would appreciate knowing if you plan to change anything to prevent this in the future. Thank You

Review 98：1. My 10 yr old daughter wanted to be in the main hotel building near the hotel. We had reserved a 1 king-sized bed room but they gave us a double at the same price. Excellent courtesy and accomidation 2. Roxie who was the Entertainment Hostess was so kind and amazing when explaining to the older children the pool area rules. Her approach with them was awesome and she was amazing. She needs a raise. She ensured my relaxation was not ruined by the older boys in the hot tub and was so kind to my daughter.

Review 99：Facilities are pretty old and in need of updating. Toilet handle had to be held down to get toilet to flush. Matress was old and firm with a cheap padded topper on it. Tv was old and small.

Review 103：I had to ask for supplies repeatedly....1 bar of soap only for the entire bath, 1 cup of coffee supplies for a king room with 2 occupants. Even after asking for additional supplies, the room was not restocked to the original amounts..1 of each. Never got a new soap......pretty tough for two people needing the shower daily. We had an ADA room. The sink unfortunately was wheelchair height. While my husband is disabled, he is not w/c bound and is 6'4" tall so the very low sink was awkward.

Review 118：Location was great, right off freeway, close to airport and minutesfrom downtown Staff was great, had an issue with the room and stafftook care of usWhen we arrived a the hotel we were informed of no more vacancies and that the hotel would be referring us to a Nampa located hotel. As this was not an option for us, the gentleman informed us of an "out of order" room (out of order due to smoke smell, as it was an non-smoking room). Upon inspection of the room it seemed sufficient for a place to stay during our trip. He gave us free breakfast tickets to compensate. During the duration of the stay little things started happening, toilet wouldn't flush and light bulbs going out, but that happened on the last night before check out. Upon check out we explained the situation to the staff who directed us to the manger, the manager graciously took take of us. This wasn't the best room they had but it was the best option for us at the time.

Review 127：The fact that they had difficulty finding my reservation - fortunately,I had brought a print out of the confirmation, but it took a lot ofeffort by two folks to find it in the system. Would have been nice tohave a refrigerator in the room. Also, there was no literature about thehotel in the room - usually there is some sort of information about whatthe hotel offers, check out times, etc. There was none.

Review 129：After a long day driving from Yellowstone my daughter was thrilled to get to the hotel. We immediately went to the pool where they have a big screen on the wall to watch TV while swimming. She met a friend and they went to the arcade and played games. Roxy was working as a entertainment coordinator and she was so nice and friendly. She seemed to really keep the kids in line an they seemed to really like her.
