Review 1：I read the reviews on this hotel, and I kind of knew that it was notgoing to be that great. Upon arrival we tried to upgrade"Nope" can't do that because we booked throughBookings.com. So, unless I guess you book through Red Roof you arestuck. Our room had no iron or ironing board, so finally got the ironbut was told "Sorry you can't have an ironing board because youare not in a "Superior Room". If I heard "SuperiorRoom" once I heard it a 100 times. Well believe me it certainly wasnot for lack of trying to pay more for a "Superior Room". Toldthe lady at the front counter that yes I was supposed to have an ironingboard too. Finally after she had to verify it herself on Bookings.comwhat I said was posted on Bookings.com was true I finally got a freakingironing board. Of course the iron shut off every time you went back andforth with it one time. So, what they do to everyone that did not bookthrough them is put everyone in the very back of the hotel. I swear thenext morning my husband and I just laughed at how many people were inthe back and maybe maybe out of about 100 rooms up front two cars total!So Red Roof Inn quit ripping all of us off with your price for asuperior room that no one stays in! Now mind you my husband and Inormally view a room as a place to rest your head at night unless it isa special occasion then we go all out. Well listen to what people tellyou and book somewhere else.

Review 2：This place is a dump.Usually don't think of RRI as a dump.Kept getting woken by the dope heads and got up in the morn and their was a cricket invasion,100's of thousands of crickets every where.Covered the whole motel.Crunch,crunch,crunch every where you walked.Creepie.

Review 3：Crickets all around the outside.... And had to pay extra once I was told the outside rooms had even more crickets around. Shouldn't have had to pay extra.

Review 5：The air conditioner was noisy and would not cool the room. The breakfast room was not very attractive, no TV very plain! The bedspring was poking out of mattress.

Review 18：There was mold on bathroom ceiling. Only two pillows to each bed that were very flat. Like sleeping with no pillow at all. when asked for extra they said they didn't have anymore. No iron or ironing board, no coffee maker. Not a good experience at all. If this is an example of the Red Roof Inn, we will not be returning that is for sure.

Review 20：There were fleas attacking us as we walked across the floor. Housekeeping didn't clean our sink. The TV remote was missing the back and two buttons on top were superglued down. The smoke detector was missing. Our toilet clogged and management offered me the plunger instead of sending maintenance. It smelt like stale cigarettes and urine. There was mold all around the mirror. The carpet was stained. I left two days early and lost $200.

Review 22：Breakfast could always be a little better. Have to eat in the lobby, can't take anything back to your room. Never made it out to the pool.

Review 23：The room was bigger than expected. Was on lower level by the ice machine and exit to the door. Noticed cameras everywhere for security purposes.

Review 24：The beds were old, stained & very uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs through the bed padding. Adding bagels & cream cheese/jelly would be an inexpensive nicety!

Also, the comforters werefilthy and once our room door was pounded on by (I am assuming) otherguests.. Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Review 27：Our room had the smell of old, wet carpet. We asked for the room to be sprayed with air freshener but that only lasted for about 2 minutes. There were burn marks all over the countertops, and our air conditioner made an annoying squeaking noise. The pool was dirty, we had to clean out all the leaves and other things floating in it ourselves. The water was cloudy. I will never stay at a red roof inn again and will never reccomend it to anyone.

Review 30：Mold in the bathroom. Room smelled musty and of stale smoke. No coffee pot or coffee. Room was not clean. Half empty soda can on the "desk". Toilet paper was like sand paper. Didn't have enough pillows; had to request extra and was given one. Front desk didn't answer phone; had to go to lobby to make request. Didn't have an ice chest but discovered they weren't allowed in room. Oh, yeah, no mini fridge. Good thing neither of us had meds that needed to be kept cool.

Review 76：Our room was not clean, we had no soap on our second day. our beds were not made or the sheets changed on our second night. Makes me wonder how long those sheets have been on the bed. Not a pleasant stay to say the least. I will be staying at a different Hotel on my next trip. Not satisfied what so ever. We were told we could check in at noon. We arrived at 12:30 and were informed check in was not until 2:00.

Review 79：It is definitely a budget hotel. Most aggravating was the shower - the water never got above "slightly warm" and the shower was a big disappoint to tired travelers who needed to freshen up.

My first and last stay at a Red Roof Inn. I was under the misconception that RRI was comparable to Holiday Inn. Not!!

There was a little bit of wood putty where they and tried tofix the door frame a little and some filler over the holes in the metaldoor where the swing latch had pull out. Needless to say, that made it alittle difficult to get a good nights sleep.
