Review 1：Phone didn't work in room...tried to call for a wake up and had to use my cellphone to get the front desk. They didn't seem to care about the phone issues just put in my wake up. None of the doors closed properly to the bathroom and closet

Review 3：Two light bulbs were out in the room. Asked the front desk in the evening. They said too late now, will take care of it next morning. The bulbs were never replaced. (We stayed for 1 more day after the request.)

Review 9：Everyone was very friendly and the shuttle was very nice and close to the metro! The next time we go to Washington DC we will be staying there! Breakfast was great and they never ran out of anything! The pool was nice after a long day at Washington, D.C. with a life guard on duty! The room was very nice and clean! The hotel is right off the highway and is easy getting off and on!

Review 10：Coming out from under the overpass the hotel appears. A sign on the other side of overpass would be nice. Also maybe a few more places to eat would cut out us driving around looking.

Having to call the receptionist each night to keep the noise down outside. They'd promise it will be taken care of for the next night but they didn't. It was just as good to have slept in my car. Disappointed and frustrated customer.

Review 20：Hotel is very comfortable and good, but too far away from the center of Alexandria. Shuttle is only to the Metro and will help if the shuttle will be to center of King St.

Review 22：This was my second stay at this same Hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, free shuttle to metro, great price. I do recommend when making your reservation to ask for a room on one of the top floors on the back side of the Hotel. You can see the city lights of Alexandria..a nice view. I will be staying here a third time when I come back to the DC area . If you are going to DC during the daytime use the free shuttle to metro , don't fight the traffic and trying to find a parking spot.

Review 70：Night shift staff member (female) was rude and unwilling to admit she was wrong when we had an issue on Sunday night with transportation from the Metro station to the motel.

On every other hotels we checked in during our visits the last three weeks (all booked through bookings.com), we were able to show them our card when we checked in and they all accept it.
