Review 1：the room was 3 stars in my opinion ( we came in january and it was cold inside, no radiators, only AC ). it has a little kitchen just with glassess, not even water heater for a tea or coffee

Review 5：breakfast was cold, apparently it had to come 100 mtrs only in the quiet season. a stainless lid would have helped. hotel warm so pool felt cold.

Review 6：We went for a spa overnight and wished we had stayed longer. The hotel stays open all year and out of season has terrific offers. Upgraded our room free of charge to sea view and had terrific massage whilst there which worked out at 13 pounds. felt it should have more guests with that offer, will go back for sure every time i use the airport.

Review 7：The meals, breakfast and dinner are quite poor as compared to other 5 star Hotels. In september there are only few guests. Beach here is horrible, bloomy.

Review 9：- Wi-fi was available mostly in the area of reception, no connection in the rooms. The staff provides a cable for PC but in our one-bedroom apart. the plug was only in the kitchen room, not in the bedroom. - Pets are not allowed. - No cutlery or pans in the kitchen.

Review 10：- The spa is absolutely amazing! I love it! This is one of the main reasons to visit Emerald! - Breakfast was rich. - In the kitchen there is a hob-plate but no dishes, pans or any cutlery.

Review 12：Nice and big swimming pools, many facilities like sauna, tourkish hamam and gym which are tottaly free. Good location in the center of the village Ravda...and 5 kilometres from old nessebar town...piecefull area..its the perfect choice for family holidays... i will choose it again without second thought.

Review 13：Old, poorly maintained place. Rooms were cleaned every 2-3 days (and only after explicit complains from us at the reception). Food was disgusting and everyday the same. Beach was dirty and small - you need to pay additional fee for an umbrella and place on the beach. Wasted water & WC (although "purified" in chemical station) from the hotel was directly pumped out in the see at the beach. WiFi is available at reception only. Light bulb in the room was not working as well as the phone - it took them 3 days to replace the light bulb, phone was never fixed.

Review 14：Some of the underpaid and unmotivated staff were trying desperately to compensate guests for overall awful experience - I give them credit for that, despite they were fighting doomed battle. Swimming pool was not too bad.

Review 15：Sleeping on a pull out sofa bed, also not having any kitchen equipment in my apartment so was unable to cater for myself as I was self catering so needed to go out to eat

Review 18：Good location, comfortable building with all amenities including underground parking, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, amusement area for children, fast internet, with a nice beach just in front. Far away from the crowded area and close enough to the main street.

Review 19：The working personal is verry slow you must waith on reseption at least 1 hour,the personal in the restaurant didn't know what is this that they serv,and actualy they just stay and speak with eachother,the breakfast was same every day and very poor for 5 star,it was no drinks,the lunch and the dinner was the same verry poor the same every day.there is no wi fi only cable internet in the room.
