Review 1：This is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. And this is not. The hotel rooms are apartments. There needs to be an update on this hotel and correction on how it is being advertised.

Review 2：The gentleman was very polite. He gave us recommendations and was always available to answer any questions we had.

Review 3：Is a little far from beach and other attractions.no pool this is a really issue if you have kids.the breakfast is really poor just a few items put together.

Review 6：Friendly people. Very generous-sized apartment with a large kitchen and living area and a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom – loads of storage space too. It is an older style property but very well maintained and clean.

Review 9：Everything was perfect...location - near beaches, small facility with live in owner who helps you with anything and everything. Near good restaurants, shopping.

Review 10：The bathroom needs a good overhaul, especially the shower. I suggest taking out the tub and installing a nice new shower with a glass door. Also, bigger signage along the road for the hotel! We passed by it twice before we realized where the building was.

Review 11：The kitchen and living area was fantastic and roomy. The balcony was a nice touch. Bed was ok - not the best but not the worst. Close enough to Naples without the high price tag. Andre was very nice and helpful. Wi-fi was great to use while we were there.

Review 12：The glass tableware is a bit old fashioned. Cutlery was a bit of a mix. No cooking stuff in the kitchen(only salt&pepper)

Review 20：Very quiet and cozy. The staff was very nice, and enjoyed small talk when we passed by there office. Great central location to the beach, state parks, and shops. One of the best parts it has a full kitchen, appliances, and you feel at home with your own apartment. The land lord showed us around, offered us bikes and beach chairs to take to the beach. We are definitly planning on coming back and staying here again this summer.

Review 22：The hosts Andre and Karen were lovely. Their genuine desire to ensure we had a comfortable stay was much appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was extremely well maintained. Just what we needed!

Review 23：stayed in a two bedroom condo but never did find where the pool was located but that was okay as we traveled to the beach during our stay.

Review 24：Staff was excellent stayed late so that i could check in around 10;30 pm & helped us with our luggage place was clean & comfortable good location .

Review 25：Appartement set up, separate bedroom and sitting area with kitchen, very friendly and helpful owner , clean and well maintained. Bakery across the road with delicious coffee and bread. Very super sushi , Japanese restaurant across the road, don't miss it. Can use chairs to take to the beach, nearby and the beach is gorgeous!!!!

Review 26：A place like home. The apartment on the upper floor was immaculate and absolutely quiet. The king size bed was very comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped and the screened balcony turned out to be our favourite place to sit and relax. Karen and Andre are wonderful hosts. We'd definitely stay there again.

Review 31：We have stayed 4 times and will return. Andre is a very nice and accomadating Inn Keeper. The apartments are roomy and comfortable and we love the porch view of the trees. Lovely!!

The site stated Internet access yet the router was in the corner of a single location.while the service for Internet was decent and access able in the reception area it was extremely poor in our room were it was most needed. I'd suggest a few new wireless router for access then I'd rate this hotel highly.
