Review 1：- The hotel is much smaller than in pictures! The pool area is very small (only about 10 deckchairs?). We did not swim in the pool at all.One morning the staff had to ask people to come later to eat breakfast, because the breakfast area was already full.- The beach is very far away, I would suggest a hotel closer to the beach. It would be a pain to walk to the beach from there and back every day.- Nothing is close and it's almost impossible to get a taxi/tuktuk in front of the hotel. If you ask the hotel to call you a taxi, it takes 15-20min to a car (non-taxi) to arrive and the fare is always at least 350-400BHT to downtown Hua Hin or to other places nearby (like our friends hotel 3-4km away and we had to pay 350BHT).- Although the hotel room was clean, some important things were missing (for instance toothbrush or razor in the bathroom). Because I traveled only with a backpack, I did not bring my own. I'm not even sure if it's allowed to fly with a razor in your backpack.. According to my personal experience 4* hotels have provided those in the bathroom every time.Maybe I should have asked for the items from the front desk, I don't know..- My friends booked a hotel from somewhere else in Hua Hin and me and my girlfriend spent most of our time at their hotel, because their hotel was at the beach and their pool was much bigger. But then again, that was a 5* hotel...- The view from our room was terrible. We asked for a quiet room (if possible), but we heard the cars driving by on the highway every night. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend you to make sure your room view is to the pool side and not to the street.- One evening I wanted to order food from the room service, but apparently the kitchen closes before 10pm. I tried to order at about 10:10pm. Most 4* hotels I've visited have their kitchen open 24h.

Review 5：We stayed there for 7 days and our bed special cover bed very rarely to changed. We spended time on Beach. Sametime we still found sand in our bed. So the cleaning room only making clean bed without change cover bed.

But it is okay since there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel. Beside, the public transportation (bus, tuk-tuk , motorcyle) is also easily accessible.

Review 84：Hotel has no champaign glass to serve the guesses who want to enjoy sipping champaign and the pool view next to the balcony. They replaced my request with very simple wine glasses and required 200 baht deposit of each glass. That is a bit annoying for 3-4 stars hotel service. poor wifi

Review 91：Ayrest was the first boutique hotel i ever stayed. Not big, but you can do whatever you want there. I would like to stay there for a whole day, unless my friend and i got a plan to go. The swimming pool was great, comfort and clean. Staffs were nice and friendly. Before you go, you could phone the hotel to book a shuffle bus to pick you up at a schedule time, the place was just the same as where you get off.

Review 92：The location was further from the centre than described. The staff in the restaurant were very slow to serve. The photos of the hotel were very misleading when showing the size of the hotel. But overall it is a very nice place.

Review 100：Forget about the beach in walking distance, there ain't one! Free shuttle has limited seating and time schedule so be prepared to pay extra for taxi to get to the beach. I would never stay in other room than the with direct pool access since they are only 8 sun beds for the whole resort! The staff is generally helpful but unfortunatelly they almost do not speak English.

Review 101：The hotel is quite new, so it is still very clean. We had a room with jacuzzi and direct entrance to the pool and that was the highlight of our stay. The pool was fun and clean. The breakfast was tasty and plantiful choice. The food in the restaurant was good too but almost no guests went to it so it felt like private dining :)

Review 102：Free shuttle bus which requires guests to pre book however once we booked out place for half 6 in the evening, however once we arrived down at the shuttle bus it was full and they had over booked for us and another couple. Also there was a limited supply of sunbeds and were all gone once breakfast had started at 7:30 am.

Review 104：The reservation & reception are the worst I ever experience. I did call to confirm the method of payment with the reservation.. that I will pay when I check in but they deducted my credit card 2 nights before my stay anyway.. Also they couldn't give me the invoice and the reception can't operate with the accounting... obviously there are big issues about management and inter-department coperation. Housekeeping also didn't come to make up our room until 4pm... which is very late.

Review 106：We enjoyed our stay at Ayrest Hua Hin Hotel. The hotel is new and has a free shuttle into town, since it is about a 30-40 minute walk into town. We had a pool side room with a lovely balcony. The pool area is set in a garden and the pool goes around the entire garden. The hotel does have a restaurant that serves delicious food. We ordered room service a couple of nights and ate in the restaurant a couple of times for both lunch and dinner. The breakfast in the morning had good selections of Asian and Western food. We were very happy with our stay at the Ayrest.

Closest beach was in Hua Hin 10 km away. Nothing to do around the hotel. You need to take a bus, taxi or free shuttle bus if you want restaurants and nightlife.

The restaurant food is also very good. It is easy to catch the local bus outside the hotel. The room has free coffee, free water and free schampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Very comfortable bed.

As it was a resort hotel more could have been done to make customers aware of what sightseeing and activities were available nearby. Perhaps leaflets in the room.
