Review 6：This place is really good to relax and recover after a long flight. The Cable TV was great, The room service meals and downstairs cafe with Starbucks, Pool, Laundry, and air con. My son and wife loved this place.

Tried to get something to eat there and t here were huge lines. Way too many people arriving at one time! She said there was 3 conventions booked at the same time. Review 36：we have traveled 3 weeks along the cost and were lucky to stay in Hyatt for aprox 100 dollars per night because of the discount. We had king bed and the sofa. I would say it is the best value for money hotel we have been that 3 weeks. Breakfast is not typically nice. Staff is friendly. Free parking and wifi. The even gave christmas presents to our kids!!!

Review 49：I stayed here on an extended layover from Sydney to New York. The hotel is just a free shuttle bus away from LAX and I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone! The rooms are incredibly spacious equipped with all your needs to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly! (Including the shuttle driver, dining staff to the reception and house keeping) who go beyond and above with any needs you may have! My flight came in early in the morning and I was able check-in early as they weren't booked out. If anything, I must also recommend you try the Chocolate Chunk Cookie because that cookie is everything! I loved this hotel so much that I decided to stay again on my way back home! Thank you Hyatt for everything! I'll see you again next year! :)

I was told the sofa bed would be made up for the boys. However, the rooms are too small for four and the sofa bed was not made up. Little in the way of an apology and no compensation for the inconvenience at 1230am.

Review 74：We stayed in Hollywood for a night, and then spent our last night in the Hyatt in El Segundo near the airport. I wish we had skipped the hotel in Hollywood and stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights or more. It's close enough to Hollywood that you can just drive there, see everything, and then go back to the nice, quiet, clean Hyatt in the evening. The beds were great, the fitness area is better than most, the breakfast is far better than most other hotels offering a complimentary breakfast, the wifi is free, and the staff is extremely professional and accommodating. We arrived early and were immediately given a room, and we asked for a late check-out which was also not a problem. Free parking, an outdoor pool & spa, and laundry facilities were an added bonus. There isn't a bar/restaurant per se, but there's a cozy seating area next to the lobby, and you can order drinks and food from a limited menu. It's a very pleasant space for both adults and kids. The hotel is also very close to Manhattan Beach, the mall, plenty of restaurants, and a ten-minute (max) drive from the car-rental return. I would definitely stay here again, and I will look for Hyatt hotels in future travels.

Great breakfast, decent gym, good location close to airport and Manhattan Beach area. Very spacious room! The newness of the hotel meant it was very clean and the fittings/fixtures were all still in great condition.
