Review 1：Promised breakfast was modest at best (there were few people staying there that night). Some locks needed repair

Review 5：This place is a dump. It's old, in need of renovation, and just looks bad. When we arrived, the room smelled bad, there were no towels, and the carpet was filthy. We chose this motel from an online search of pet friendly motels. But we discovered when we arrived that their website said pets are not allowed (our mistake, should've checked first). It wasn't til I was checking out that I saw a sign in the lobby saying pets *are* allowed for an extra fee. But the place was so bad, this would have just been wasting that much more money. We stayed there a total of 7 hours before cancelling the rest of our reservation. Total waste of money. They still charged us for an extra night...so we paid for two nights but spent less than half a day there. Unless the management really cleans the place up, stay away and go somewhere else.

Review 7：The front desk seemed shocked that I had a reservation upon arrival. About 2am my first night, someone tried entering my room....the hotel rented him my room as well. The hotel deactivated my cards daily. No housekeeping daily. I was asked several times when I was going to pay(payment came out of my bank on 11/28/15) or they didn't want to reactivate my room cards. The sink leaked, cigarette burns in the blankets, the bathroom vent was hanging out of the ceiling. The doors to outside we're propped open all night.

Review 9：I had dried blood on my sheets and mattress cover. When I asked for clean sheets I was told I had to change rooms. I had already unpacked and didn't want to change rooms. If I didn't change rooms they wouldn't change bloody sheets. I said I would check out and manager said he would have my bill ready. I checked out.
Review 10：The staff was rude and very unattentive. The floors were disgusting andlook like they hadn't been vaccumed or cleaned in years. The trashcans outside the entry ways (all doors) were full for 3 days andoverflowing onto the ground. Breakfast was terrible and we had to eatout twice because there was nothing left or there were too many peopleyou couldn't even get in. Mgr on duty kepts the doors shut andlocked and made you feel like you were in jail or something. Terribleexperience and will never return. They need to change the name to notQuality Inn.

Review 12：When we arrived the front desk stated that the key machine wasn't working and they would bring us a key. We never got a key for the entire stay and had to go to the front desk each time to ask for someone to let us in. I don't think the room was ever clean.
Review 13：The Tv's were all programmed to Chinese and the manager (desk person) was not able to help and there was only 1 channel available. the first room were put it was filthy and had spiders in the lamps and 2 dirty diapers on the balcony, attracting horse flies. Continental breakfast was late and not much available. The computer system kept going down at the front desk as well.

Review 21：The TV in my room had deplorable reception. I complained about it 3 nights in a row and the lady behind the desk kept telling me she would take care of it but nothing ever happened. Neither one of the two ice machines worked. The pool was drained when we got there but they advertised a functional pool. The entire staff in general acted as if they did not care.

Review 30：Did not appreciate the signs of age and dirt everywhere. Bed and sheets were clean. Bath fixtures were old, chipped; bedroom window was broken and taped together; furniture was chipped and scratched and chair upholstery dirty.

My husband grabbed about six sausage links for us since there weren't any eggs, the woman at the front desk chided him for taking so many as they had a lot of guests. One would think they would heat more up, they were not cooked fresh.

Shower head was so clogged it hardly worked at all. The whole place looked very run down and dirty. Never stay there again!!

Review 44：For one keys didn't open room doors or outside doors. When talking to the desk help they had no concern that me keys did not work. That hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Looks on all doors need to be replaced. There was garbage outside the exit doors. The air conditioner dials were broken couldn't adjust the temp. Sorry but there were too many things wrong to write about. Not a happy camper

Booking.com said the card I gave to guarantee the rooms would not be charged until we checked in; however, when we all arrived, all 3 rooms had already been charged full amount of stay on my card $594. We told the front desk we all were paying separately as the reservations were all separate. So they processed all the payments & I was told that the other charges weren't put thru. It took 2 business days to get the charges to drop off my other card!!! Then to top it all off rooms were DIRTY!! Son-in-law has asthma & the room was very dusty & bathroom hadn't even been touched with cleaner!! Plus the pillows had makeup & hair all over them!! Next day let the front desk know that the housekeeper needed to clean that room. We got back that night & the top of the tv cabinet had a thick layer of dust still & not much had been done!! Also the smell of curry was soooo strong when we awoke that it made us all nauseated!! We should have demanded our money back but every time we said anything the guy at the front desk just blew us off !!! So never again!!! We have never had an experience like this one!!!

The hallway outside our room was gross. The curry smell woke us all up & made us gag it was so strong! We were in town for an event & had to stay. 2 nights which was 2 nights too long !!! Awful hotel!!!

Review 100：Cleanliness. Attention to detail. The doors, the floors, the rooms, hole in the beadspread, 2nd or 3rd day hole in sheet. Gen. mgr. smelt as if he hadn't showered for some time. White residue on the couch that appeare to be something not to be shared, some white matter on the base of the desk chair, fire alarm hanging form the ceiling, the lamp shade was very dirting around the top, and in the shower there was somethint that appeared to be mold. We were told someone was smoking and melted that part of the shower surround. Complained and was offerred another room that didn't much look different. Did contact other opportunities in the area booking was not available. I take pictures and have them available. Thankfully, my spouse in insured I was kept out of the room as much as possible. You should also know the area for continental is disgusting. The garbage can was filthy. The top didn't allow for pushing on it due to how dirty it was, the waffle iron was equally as bad. We never visited that area again so the price for the continental breakfast was not an option given our observations. Your reaching out is appreciated.
