Review 1：My room had no phone to be able to call out or in .and they did not fix it 4 days no phone nice

Review 2：It was great to get out on freeway s to gt to Dallas or Ft Worth .my

Review 3：Don't pay for the breakfast! The food made me sick and all of it went down the toilet within 2 minutes.

Review 4：The room was really big, the setting was a bit outdated for the bathroom and kitchenette.

Review 5：I was emailed from booking.com with a message from the hotel that we would get a crib for our daughter. We were not provided one. The pull-out couch was so wiry. There was absolutely no cushion. No blanket was in the room. Had to ask for one. The remote for the sleep number bed in the main room was not working. The breakfast was not complimentary. This is the 1st time I had to pay for the breakfast.

Review 7：We had to pay for our breakfast, was not told during check in we needed vouchers for breakfast. We started eating and then waitress came by asking for the vouchers, told her her didn't have them and we were charged for the meals which we didn't even eat that much because everything was gone by the time we went down.

Review 13：we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and there was only one waitress, who was also apparently doing many other duties so it took long for us to get our food. Also, the restaurant was a mess because she was so busy. my room was missing a sofa, a lamp and the drawers were all broken so we could not put any of our clothes in there.

Review 27：The main reason for staying there was because we had an early flight and there hotel offered shuttle ride to the airport. We were there on time but the shuttle left early because they were full and would not offer another shuttle until the next hour which would make us late so we were forced to go by taxi which was an extra $30. Probably won't due stay there again. Staff was little help. He called the $30 cab for a 5 minute ride.

Review 28：The bar sucked, absolutely no menu for drinks...we were excited about the advertised "happy hour" which was a bust! Definitely need some help in this area...also the prices for the restaurant and especially breakfast were RIDICULOUSLY high. $10 for breakfast is crazy when it's usually free at other hotels

Received another room but that room was dirty towels were on the floor and one of the beds wasn't made this was at 10:30 pm. I traveled literally 16hours to get to Dallas. The next morning the same nonchalant attitude was giving to me oh we will change your room. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I anted my money back. They tried to put my family member in the same room that had the bugs in the bed. Unbelievable

No free breakfast. The "heated" pool's heater was not turned on in a timely manner, so it was very cold. Vending machines weren't working correctly.

Disappointed that even after complaining about the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and the lack of extra pillows that we were not discounted or offered any upgrades. will not return to this hotel. I will gladly pay the extra $50 for another hotel.

That was great form them to do so. I will definitely stay there again. Very nice place and love the swimming pool indoors, gives it that home feeling!

Review 60：First I would like to say when I walked in there was a peculiar order assaulting my nose. I reserved a king and when I checked in I was told that I would get a queen because the kings had sold out. When asked how were they sold out when I had a reservation for one I was told a conference was there and I then asked would I be recieving a cheaper rate the lady said that the rooms were all the same price online. When I asked to see a manager my original reservation for a king showed up out of the blue.
